Yes, they are two very different carts. One convection (and therefore fairly slow to get going), the other mostly radiation (and therefore very fast to working temperature).

They also differ radically in use, oil carts continue to produce at idle, the herb version has the load start to cool (stop vaping) as soon as the draw stops.

OF I remember you sayin the LL cart can use oil as long as its sandwhich'd between herbs? Have you tried doing this a lot?? Just wondering how much bud/oil you can get into the LL.

No, you don't remember my saying that......or at least shouldn't.

I have done bubble hash, and some old school 'solid hash' (pressed keif) but stuff that melts goes into the cart designed for stuff that melts..... IMO no need to 'make do'.

Not really practical, the basic design just doesn't support it. At several levels. Nor IMO is it all that useful, battery life being several times competitive units which don't seem to suffer this 'shortcoming'?

I think once you try it, you'll agree it's been pretty well thought out.

you will experience no taste difference with either. its just that the Ti version will weigh less and will be subject to less corrosion. you would want the Ti if you used your Cera outdoors a lot or near the ocean.

at least that is my understanding.

I saw in one of the EO Vids that by employing a couple of "O" rings tha t you can use the Cera as a glass adapter. I also saw that the mouth piece of the Cera pops out and you can insert a drip tip. Is it safe to assume that the old fangled Thermovape glass adapter (Black one in Delrin) would also fit? That would be a nice bonus for me!!

you are correct! most standard mouthpieces will fit in the end of the EO and EL, including the T1 glass adapters.

The fact that we are all so excited to wrap our lips around a dildo shaped device, disturbs me greatly.

Thank you for the info, Tim! Just to clarify: Can you still use the top cap with the glass adapter (put the adapter in the aperture where the original MP was) or will it only fit without the top cap? I am just curious how this works...

TET has a video on there youtube channel Noah uses it on a glass water pipe, anyway it fits right inside any 18mm glass female piece and the rubber rings will enable you to switch between 18mm and then remove one of the rubber rings and it adapts to a 14mm glass female piece if I watched and heard the video correctly either way it is able to work with glass which is really cool plus I can't see in the future as things move on and accessaries are released I'm sure theirs a way they'll come up with a glass adaptor it seems logical fact being that the mouth piece is 1/2 in the middle and total width 1 inch I has potential just by universal measurements and functionality in my opinion.

& a LIGHT PINK silicone sleeve would make Christmas extra special. What a spoiled vaporist, the cera will be her first vaporizer hahaha (and she wanted a WISPR...)

I'm thinking that in the near future after receiving this wonderous gadget I may treat myself to a bubbler/ash catcher, something like this...

What would be great to know from the Beta Testers or TET, would be...if I'm using the LL cart, which is the set-up I've ordered...if I turned the Cera upside down with a bowl full of leaf to connect to the top of that bubbler would the leaf block the mouthpiece rendering this bubbler useless unless I connected a whip between the Cera and bubbler ?

2 questions here...1. Does anyone know when this is actually supposed to release/ship?

and 2. Whats the difference between the e-liquid and essential oil bowl? I'd be using it for wax/hash oil and flowers. So obviously i would get the flower bowl but confused which one to get for oil....since hash oil is technically a liquid when it gets warm.

You would get the essential oil cart. E-liquid is for e-juice...for nicotine vaporists.

e-liquid is propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin with nicotine and flavors added to it, mainly for use with e-cigs. Essential oils are the actual plant oils extracted and concentrated. So you want the essential oil piece and the flower piece for what you will be using it for.

Before Christmas if you were early on your pre-order, maybe a good time after if you order now. Can't say for sure, only Thermovape knows at this point. Have a read through the thread...that's the most up to date info you will get until we hear from them.

Says right on their website as well. Dec 10th subject to change. You can order one now...when it will get to you is another matter entirely.

If your in the U.S you may get it for Christmas but if your Intl then...yes...I think it will be 2013.
