The ThermoVape AVA E-Liquid Kit (with RES) is everything you need to to enjoy the ultimate in liquid vaporization. The first fully, 100% American Made, medical device grade, liquid vaporizer is here. If you enjoy vaporizer liquids then you have found the device that is purpose built to deliver you amazing taste, and incredibly pure vapor.

The ultimate in quality materials and design. The AVA uses only medical device grade ceramic materials. The AVA used High temperature PTFE that is medical device grade for the insulting bushing.

Pure American sourced, highest quality possible resistance wire provides the heat source, and is far more durable than the nichrome found in Chinese atomizers.

Solid mechanical contacts mean no cheap connections that can fail.

Hydrophobic ceramic coil stabilization. The heat from the coil is now radiated outward, provide pure, clean vapor, no “hot spot” in the center of the coil that can char and burn the vaporizer liquid.

Perfect flavor. The AVA uses only inert materials that are capable at functioning at temperatures much hotter then the atomizer. This means that the only thing you will ever taste out of an AVA is the flavor of your vaporizer liquid.

I <3 my RES. I've spent quite a bit of money on various ecigs, and none come close to the quality (and coolness) of my RES system. It also successfully helped me kick my smoking habit. This thing really is like the Rolls Royce of ecigs, but built like a tank. You guys rock, keep it up!

I love the taste I get from these attys!!! I feel so much safer about inhaling from these atts than ANY other atty/carto I have used in the past! I am in

I'm also in the process of going the ecig route to quit smoking and am taking a serious look at the RES system.

Do you use the LV or SV power supply? Do you happen to know what the difference in battery life is b/w the LV and SV on the AVA?

I run standard voltage (SV) atomizers on 6v, using the stock tenergy rcr123a batteries. It hits stupid hard, but that's how I like it. I believe TV actually recommends running HR atomizers at 6v, which I do use sometimes but I just prefer the punch of SV @ 6v. I've never used lower voltage batteries with it, but I would imagine a 3.7v setup with a LR atty would be a really nice setup.

Honestly it just depends on what equipment you have already, it made more sense for me to run my ecig at 6v since I already had everything else 6v from my T1. If you're starting fresh, a LV vape/ecig setup does have its advantages too though. Id type more but I'm at work, hope I helped.

How frequently do you have to change batts on your SV setup?

Thanks for the help!

Hmm.. I'm not sure if I can give you an accurate answer on that one. I never really have counted my inhales or anything. Plus, when I use my RES it's usually after a T1 session, so I end up using the same set of batteries (or more recently, the TV Power Supply). I am sure there is an "official estimate" of sorts for how many hits to expect from a set of batteries, I'm just not sure what that answer is. If someone from ThermoVape doesn't chime in here to answer it, I wouldn't hesitate to send them an email and ask. They're pretty cool dudes

I take they make a variant for the LV models too?

Yes they come in LV,SV, and HV.

A bit ot, but I take HV uses the most power? Didn't see that on their site, I know SV is 6.0V hv is how many?

Well, even though they are called LV,SV etc., the atomizers are actually not given a voltage rating, they are given a resistance rating in Ohms. The voltage people talk about running their ecigs at has to do with your battery choice. The way it works is you match your atomizer resistance to your battery voltage.

For example, I have a 6v battery setup. I can run HR atomizers, or SR atomizers because they have enough internal resistance and can take the voltage of my batteries without burning up. But if I was to put a LR atomizer on 6v, it would be fried very quickly

I am trying to find a link for you that really helped me when I started in on ecigs. I know how confusing all of these ratings and numbers can be, and trying to figure out what will work with what.

I already have a 3.7v 1000mah Ego battery with three different LR attys. I was just wondering if the HV battery models uses the most power in terms of consumption. Should have been clearer

Getting that link would be awesome! All this stuff is new to me and although I've been learning a lot on FC, there's still a lot that's over my head.

Is the RES tank resistance-specific (i.e. can the tank be used w/ any ava atomizer regardless of whether it's lr, sr, or hr)?

anyone tried a dart tip and concentrate in an AVA LR? I know I know.. I have 3 darts already but could be using 4! (don't use much e juice anymore)

The LR and HR will both run at about 10watts at their voltage range, (LR being 3.7V and HR being 6.0V) so they will consume about the same amount of power from your battery. The difference however is the types of batteries you can use, many of the single cell 3.7 batteries have a higher Mah rating therefore will last longer on a charge.

The Res will work with any AVA atty, it will also work with most standard 510 attys too.

The Dart Tip will work in our "510" AVA's, if you have one of the shouldered attys the Dart wont fit in it.... BUT! if you really want a DART loader for your AVA i have some smaller ones that will fit in an shouldered AVA. Just make a note in your order you want "smaller DART loader' .
Cheers,

Tim

Hey Kush, I have been using a AVA LR for an oil furnace, and it works quite well. I just drop
a bb sized ball in and heat until the ceramic absorbs the extract. Learned this trick from
JB3, it rocks......
