Maybe I missed it, but how many hits are being estimated out of this from the Persei and Omicron models?
I take it will use more power than the oil cartridge? Do you maybe have an estimate on how long it takes to warm up for usage?

For real some more pics would be BO$$ and i also like the looks of this universe a lot better =)Oh my fing word, this looks so much better than the og universe, I honestly love the sleek look, I didn't like how the other universe was so much bigger than the v2, does this universe design sit flush against the v2 body? G where's a bowl shot (:

i honestly don't see a difference in how the performance of the page is, but yea i get your point of, i always have to scroll more and g post big pics cause its PORN for the universe hahaYep, she's a beaut all right. It got a lot bigger too, seems to me? Be fun to see how it comes out, neat if it performs up to spec. No doubt worth the wait.
On a different matter, and not meant as a criticism in any way, but have folks noticed how guys including G's neat photo in their replies slows things down a LOT? I've got a fast computer and 'cable' internet and it still balks loading photos I've just looked at. 95% of the post is a photo I have to wait for to get to the new thoughts I'm looking for. We all love G's big photos, for sure I'm not suggesting a change there, but consider how much easier it might be if we got into the habit of deleting (easy right click typically) the photos in the quoted stuff if it's very current?
Again, not a criticism of anyone, just a suggestion. Thanks for your consideration.

those ones always would discolor, when i got the v2 i liked the new mouthpieces so i got a pack of these, http://www.delta9vapes.com/products.php?product=Multi-Colored-Drip-Tip-Pack just a few days ago, if you were to get new mouthpieces i would get these ^^^^^wondering if these will eventually have black mouth pieces? I know we are still waiting just to have the universe working as is. I just thought I'd mention that after using other tips that were white, I found they tend to discolor pretty fast and start to look funky in a not so good way. I am guessing the white is the safest "plastic" to use w/ this much heat?

yea of your right boss haha i wasn't even looking at how different of mouthpiece that is, i wonder if you can still be able to use drip tips, and thats cool its washable because back in v1 days i tried toFor sure this is an issue with some materials (like the standard Omicron soft tips), which tend to absorb. But it doesn't seem to be an issue with say TVs Delrin and PTFE tips. Delrin is fairly high temperature, may work OK, and is easily found in lots of colors (IIRC lampblack is the dye?). PTFE is a different matter, natural is easy to get but first class dyed material can be a problem to get.
I don't think there will be a stain issue to deal with.
I'm not at all sure about that. First, it doesn't look like they'd fit, this guy looks too big in diameter based on the thread size. Secondly, they are I thick acrylic plastic OK for the low temperature service they see but I bet the'd melt (after suitable outgassing of course) on top of this guy with all the heat?
For now, I suggest a bit of faith in G to pick a suitable material to specify for the top and a top that fits and is intended for the duty. The stain issue is know, but bears repeating IMO. After we see what he supplies, the topic seems up for discussion. Until then we really have little more to base stuff on.
