Someone ordered and received theirs in 6 days during the end of getting the bulk of us shipped. I know RBT is working on international, and still possibly waiting for button pieces, but it should be relatively quick I believe.
I think the main factors are getting the buttons (if he hasn't already), and getting bulk orders out of the way that retailers may have purchased from him. If he has a few dozen orders to get out for retailers, it may take longer for you guys if he can't keep up. I really would not suspect more than a few weeks though? But what do I know...

Thanks man, I feel like there is a lot of evidence saying it could be this week or very soon, but you could also look at the same evidence and think it could be a few weeks. either way I think it will be better than the wait that most millaana owners went through. I have for you another Milaana DIY "mod" if you even want to call it that it's so simple.

I still have the guitar pick mod because:
It's not in the way when using the Mi
It works to break the battery connection perfectly
It locks the stem from falling out.

All good things.

Here is another incredible use for the red vapexhale EVO silicone caps.




It fits perfectly over my button without falling off!
With the silicone cap on it takes much more effort to press the button.

I would feel 100% confident with this in my pocket, cargo pocket, or backpack (purse for the ladies!) without it pressing the button accidentally with a battery in it.
The cap fits mine pretty good and is on there tight. My button is flush with the wood.

So give this a try if you want, it works very well on mine!

Just tried to take the Milaana out in some jeans and it works better than I thought. The stem/batt case went in the condom pocket, Milaana in the back pocket when disassembled, and my Jyarz in the other pocket. Before sitting down, took the Milaana and Jyarz out, then the stem from the case. Dumped Jyarz pre-ground into the cap, sucked up in stem, tucked back away. Connected stem to Milaana, then put it in my front pocket once it's assembled. Pretty much same size as a phone, so it looks fine in the front pocket. With that setup, I'm good all day. A full jyarz lasts me a few weeks and two batteries is more than enough for a day. Too easy.

With my nano and ud,for me,temp stepping is too much of a pain in the ass......I like high temps,kick me in the face vape sesh's.....
The Milaana almost forces me to temp step.......I guess one could hold the button for 8-10 seconds before the first hit,but 4-6 seconds,for me,is perfect.....great flavor and then hits 2-8 are the kick me in the face hits that I'm looking for

Whilst I do much less preheat for even lower temp stepping sessions (plus my cooler beta) I love how quick it is for low temp vaping. Then you can just preheat more to kick it up to finish the bowl whenever you want, not to mention various hits on demand. There was a word I was repeating a lot in the Zion thread...

That cap LOOKS a lot like the cap that comes with Lotus as a bowl cover, but it is not the same. I can see that that might be nice to have, tho so far I have been carrying Bam Bam in a bag rather than my pocket.

Took the Milaana out to a bar last night and had my combustion/g pen friends try it out. 3 out of 4 were able to get great draws on their first tries, while the fourth just doesn't understand the concept of taking a longer draw to the lungs (as opposed to a shorter mouth draw like when hitting a joint). The rest of us tried to explain it to him, but he's a stubborn guy and couldn't do it. Cest la vie. Everyone else ended up loving it.

Also I'm happy to report that a battery and the short stem fit very nicely in the change pocket of Levi's 501 jeans. Milaana itself is more of a jacket pocket device, but will work in a front jeans pocket if you don't mind looking a bit conspicuous.

I've said it twice already now, but this thing gets me on another level. Usually when I get a new vape, my herb consumption spikes, but with Mi it's actually gone down! 2 stems yesterday and I was very happy.

Just out of curiosity who would suggest the best "sipping" vap out there for people that can`t for whatever reason take long slow drawers? I am similar to your mate because of a medical problem but have found a large resistance to vapeing due mainly to the sipping versus long drawers. My solo I can sip on where many convection vaps in particular, you have to 'prime" them for a while.

This was my sort of solution to the ISO joint not fitting. This is a D-020, with the 18-18 male to male it came with. The red ring is the ring that people use with the Solo to keep the stem sturdy.

I put the screen really shallow since the o ring prevents the joint from going all the way in.

Here's what it looks like with Mi on top (sort of, lol, terrible pic, but you get the idea).

Works pretty nicely for me, until I get in touch with OGB to make a carbed 18-18.

Found a reasonable priced Aussie store with $10 AUD Samsung 25r's. Yayyyy!

So I couldn't resist ordering a Milaana, and I love maple, but I love color too. I happen to have some nice wood stain with a tung oil base. Can anybody tell me if there is a finish on the wood? I noticed rbt customized one of the beta units with a little wood burning icon near the button. Might be fun to wood burn designs or geometric patterns/shapes and use multiple stain colors. Just some ideas.

I have 4 and it seems rather excessive. Unless you're vaping with lots of people, it's very difficult to go through 1 battery while 1 charges, let alone 3.
I have 4 batteries and sorta wish I only had 2. I'm going to use up 2 to 40% and store them I think for backup Zion batteries when it arrives.
My batteries always stay above 3.8. Weak batteries are for the weak

don't think there is a finish. It's a very pale feeling piece of wood, nothing like the smoothness of my old E Nano ... Or even mflb. But I love it, a lot. A lot a lot.

I have 3 bats coming with my unit which will be plenty. I have 4 on rotation that I use with my Cera which I swap out every bowl and find that most of the time 2 is enough so 7 with Mi should give me loads of time. Im gonna store one new one and run the old ones down to 40% and keep them for camping trips... It's looking hopeful that I can fuck combustion finally with this vape which I could never do with Cera being away from charging for a few days... but 7 bats 4ish bowls a bat close to 30 bowls... Shit 10 bowls a day for 3 days? Thats what im talking about if thats not enough then im smoking (sorry vaping) too much!

Three bowls a bat I will be happy, been playing with the hammer moving the screen much closer to the heat, saves heaps of warm up time. So I think I'll like my screens close and bowl small in the Mi too. Usual shipping times for me from the US tells me maybe next Wednesday.

I've been swapping batts after
3 bowls or so and I've been always above 3.8. I can easily get around 5 or 6 with my sized bowls, which is about 1 full basket. (Flip it basket style, slide to the rim, fill the basket, light tamp to avoid it falling out, that's my bowl).

I'd say you can very safely say 4 bowls a battery, but really 5 if you want.

Hmm ... I'll try to do some testing and keep track of battery : basket ratio. Will (possibly, maybe) post back tomorrow after killing a battery.

I otdered a few "USA" M2M adapters which ended up being ISO.

Sooo after a whole lot of sanding and torching I was able to modify 2 of them so the fit perfectly snug and I now use them as my mouthpieces because they are shorter and work awesome!

I also found out something pretty cool.

With the DIY guitar pick battery connection blocker if I slide it over the air vent against the glass it locks it into place. The pick sits right over the edge of the lip of the frosted male joint.



When slide this way, the pick is completely out of the way.



I took my milaana out today with 1 Samsung 25R and it lasted longer than I needed it to. I use the EVO caps like @Shit Snacks to protect the glass and to keep smell pretty much non existent. Works great!



I freakin love this thing!

With the M2M I have the basket super far down and can fill up the chamber for a good dozen hits or more.
I tried using many different 18mm adapters and depending on size and shape you get very different results.

By the way I figure I would throw this out there for anyone who cares.
I tested the batteries pos and neg facing up and get the same results. I run mine positive down so there is more surface area on top for the brass connection.

I mean stuff like the stem basket needing to be moved or flipped over etc stuff like that, a dummies guide to using your Milaana would be novel as there's so many views of what works and what doesn't?

Failing this should I just stuff a pre charged battery in her and get sucking

Fill stem wjrh herb lightly tamped, insert, push button.
Enjoy.

Does it work far better having the basket shape @AJS so it will come the wrong way up and I just need to take it out and flip it, how far do I push it back up the glass stem?

Yea i love my flame powered vapes and the milaana preforms on par with these...but all it takes is a windy/cold day to kill my vibe.

This solves all of that. Stems are cool enough to touch bare handed after a sesh too!
