I am going to make some inquiries to some DHGate glass stores and see if any supply US 18-18 male adapters, as well as other sizes (14/18 m/f-18mm male US) for a 14mm male oil bubbler and 14mm bongs that I have.
I 've bought bubblers from there in the past and although some stores are not too bad in shipping times......others can take 5-7 weeks. I think these glass adapters would probably go for less than $10, probably between $4-$8 .....depending on the lot size you ordered and the quality of the glass.
But if they were offered in the RBT store for a similar price in the same ballpark as the short stem, or perhaps a little more - then it would be more quicker and convenient to grab one there and you would at least know that it fits properly.

Definitely. Rbt should get on board with a local glass blower...but...I don't think he supports water tools, so that's most likely a no go.

Oregon glass blower replied to my query real fast.
$16 for a US male to male, pretty damn affordable.
Sadly shipping to my location is $22, so $38 all together.
I'll ask if he can offer a cheaper, slower shipping method.
I'm hoping to get Ed's TnT to make me an adapter anyway, I should save for that, but I like glass too!

IIRC when I ordered my d20 from sunshinestore, there were some glass accessories thrown in,too. Including a 18mm US m2m gong. If you can be patient - which I think you can
- you could get a cheap WT AND a gong for less than 30$... Also sending to the EU.

I guess they may stock both, but both M2Ms I got with Chinese glass were US jointed. I may have gotten both from Sunshine Store, tho the joint on my UFO mouthpiece from Steven was also US jointed. I actually use that with Venus, my Zion, sometimes as the curved stem helps cool the hit. I had a longer one made for the UFO by Mike at @Oregonglassblower .

As Mr Peanut said, Venus is my beta Zion that I have had since last summer. Being as big a part of my life as she is she deserves a name, and I thought a goddess of love appropriate.
When Milaana comes, she will likely get similar devotion. Especially as I expect her to also be a regular part of my routine.

Ah! Now I feel kind of silly for making assumptions
.....but I was just trying to picture how that mouthpiece would be applicable to those vapes I'm also looking forward to using my FC-UFO mouthpiece with my Milaana when she arrives.
EDIT: I am curious about your custom FC-UFO mouthpiece. I find the flare to be a little small and would prefer a fuller cup at the end like on my GB-186 stereo matrix. Is your custom mouthpiece just longer, or is the flare at the end different too? ......and if longer, then how much longer? I may be interested in one of these too.....what did something like that cost?
I was thinking that if I got a custom mouthpiece done that I would like one with a little larger diameter glass - like the tubing on my GB-186 mouthpiece....but then I think that the end might have to be female and I then would have to use an 18mm male - 18mm male adapter to attach it to my UFO.

Mine came with iso (from SSS), my Steven stuff seems to all be us however, but alas I've got no m2m from him.
I believe most vendors buy whatever joints are cheapest at the time since in most applications it doesn't matter.

The heater will be on as long as the button is depressed so it will heat up and waste battery life. A prolonged depress could cause damage to the heater but I believe it was said that it would need to be pressed for 30 seconds or something like that.
