Mine says delivered a few minutes ago so I assume it's waiting for me at home. That's a real treat but my imrbatteries order is lagging 2 days behind so all I can do these next 2 days is just admire the form

Yep go to a vape shop and snag one for $10. I had my batteries months before for this reason rbt didn't ship 1 with it?

Ha, I'm cheap but not that bad. My work day starts with a morning commute at 7:15 and I get home after 8 so unfortunately that doesn't allow me much time for personal pursuits. It's a tease but I'm not complaining considering how friendly the price was
@AJS I ordered my unit from the Father's Day sale so it doesn't come with a battery. Ryan and I corresponded about adding a pair of batteries to the order but I didn't get an invoice before it shipped so I'm assuming it didn't come with any batteries

Halfway charged battery I had has lasted more than a couple stems
It does get hot with all that air in the stem , I already know I want a long stem.
Hotspot isn't so bad , I hit it then rotate and hit again then stir maybe .

I'm gonna use it short for a few days and then I'll decide whether to get a ddave kit or something. Hopefully I like it hot, I've been fueling my VAS enough already! Lol

Loving all these new reports. Sometimes us early orderers feel a little crazy...it's nice when new people jump on board and they have the same reaction we had summer 2016.

I've used a lot of vapes since Ive purchased my first OG Milaana but Mi still remains top of the line for me and would be chosen as my one and only if needed. It really is just an all around incredible vape for whatever is required of it. The hits are massive, smooth, and flavorful..with instant temp adjust when preferred.

Was blithely cruisin on the lower end today and it was just such a delight. Will bump it up tonight when I game. Mmm mmm mmm.

My favorite thing to do with the Mi. Watched the whole series through last month with my lady friend. Fun times.

And do a mini-review after you've used it a bit, I'm excited to hear what you think!

Not really a mini review, but after a dozen or so sessions, with 1 or 2 people i have some... experiences i can share

Packing a bowl is so quick, i keep a bit preground in a small tupperware (smidgets model) and just suck up a bit into the stem, straw technique

If i want taste i preheat for 3-4 count, then pull for a 5-8 count, let off the button but continue to pull for a few more seconds cooling down the heater/chamber for next tastey hit

if i want to clouds and probably extract the whole bowl in 2-3 hits.. i preheat for a 12-15 count, then let off and back on the button for a 7-10 count while pulling. then let off button and keep pulling till your you cant pull anymore... large hits, lots of clouds, but, of course, a bit hot.. i like the long stem a lot here... hell i like the long stem period.. except at work when i want to put it in my pocket.

Dont forget to rotate 1/4 turn after each hit.. just make it a habit, after a few sessions you wont even rememver you're doing it. You will get a much more even vape, and then i dont feel the need to stir.

Careful! The copper top part has nice clean 90* corners. I slid the top out of the way (off the battery), then slid it back over top of the battery later, and noticed that it cut a bit of the wrapping off the top of my battery. The tighter i pack, the easier to get hit spots. (In my experience)

It took me at least an hour and 5 failed "utensils" to help me put the basket screen inside the long stem for use.. wow i had to press ssssooooo hard, i didnt want to break stem. What i found is the thumb screw is almost a perfect diameter to use to help push that damn thing in the stem far enough. If you take out the battery, take off the copper top, and guitar pick (if applicable). Put the thumb screw back on a few turns. You can gently slide the stem over the thumbscre and firmly push down until the stem bottoms out, waaa laaaa screen inserted. -Caution- DONT BREAK YOUR STEM BY PUSING AT AN ANGLE, GLASS WILL BREAK BEFORE METAL WILL.

I love how "soft and velvety" this maple feels in my hands..

Did i mention how much i like that long stem?

Yeah, thanks for sharing all these great pics and reports. The Milaana sure is a damn fine thing. Still wondering why it seems to be a well-hidden secret in the vape industry. Shout it out to the people!

Those are three very different vapes! Not much alike between any besides fast heat up. I'll give you the quick version.....

Vapor quality - GH (when working) or Maxx, slight edge to GH

Vapor quantity - Maxx, no competition

Efficiency - all great, completely different sized bowls

The Mi is my most used dd, and is the most versatile. The Maxx is the most used home portable, my GH has always been so-so, but it's on its way back Monday from another RMA, so we have hopes of shaking thinks up here!

I also use my maxx at home... also the gh is mostly used at home because I like to use it trough a bubbler (bigger clouds and not so harsh...) therefore I use the gh with the bubbler on my desk and the sb maxx when laying in bed/couch and watching tv and so on... thought if the mi is similar to the maxx or gh regarding vapor quality (taste, coolness of vapor), vapor quantity (size and density of clouds), at least as efficent (quantity of herb used) and good for portable use I would consider to buy a mi to use it laying on the couch/bed watching tv and for portable use... regarding portable use I think the mi is easier to load then gh...

why do you use your mi as a dd and prefer it therefore to the other two vapes .... what do you mean with most versatile... in which aspects is it better or prefered by you over the gh and sb maxx?

Yeah given everything you've said and what I know about you from other threads () I think you should definitely get one. To me vapor quality is world's better than the GH (which I barely ever use, even through water much anymore these days) and is as close to a battery-powered Brick as you can get... I have a Junior too and love it, but Milaana way more stealthy and versatile for sure. I pretty much only use mine dry (lately think of water as a hassle in general) and those useage styles you describe sound pretty perfect for Milaana
