This is a bit frustrating. All the pieces I've tested on the Mil I have fit. Nothing touches the internal screen...no wobbles.

Yeah! Milaana stem by Joda, its a bent stem with purple drips. He had a much shorter unground 18mm male joint.

My Mi is the original model where the glass is not recessed, so I wonder if that makes a difference in how it seats. I just examined the connection closely using the 18mm stem, and it sits on the screen even without the metal cap. The walls of each piece touch, but the joint doesn't seat. Just to be sure, I dropped the tip of a sugar leaf into the female, set the 18mm stem and turned it, and the leaf turned with it.
My joint is exactly 1.75" ID to ID.
I've thought of a possible fix, but I want to do some research first.
My stuff fits nice DDave. I never got so much for $20, and I received in a couple of days.

I don't know why I didn't know anything about this vape but seems to be a really nice option
Any members here tried the GH and FF2? I owned a Ti GH and the vapor was toooo damn harsh for my throat & lungs so decided to sell it. How is the Milaana vapor in comparison? I guess is not as cool as the FF2 but seems to perform faster than this one and be able to go to higher temps if needed for concentrates.
I'm also an almost daily user of concetrates, is there any way to use concentrates without sandwiching? I don't mind sandwiching and do that a lot with my Omnivap, but the flavor of concentrates with the FF2 is amazing, would love to be bale to use concentrates alone.

Yeah both HD and Dude do have earlier units, whereas @Bravesst has 4, i wonder if they fit in all of them? There has been rolling upgrades and more efforts to make the current units more uniform. But I guess making the joints shorter like planetvape did will ensure a more universal size?

If you search, even recently past few pages, there have been comparisons between both. Short answer, Milaana vapor can be much cooler (imo much much moreso than GH and even FF1). And people have also been using concentrates, with RBT steel mesh or hemp fiber, and other set ups too

I have a theory that newer Mis have more space until the heater screen. I don't have any way to verify it, though. Mine, that I got last week, had more than enough space for rimmed basket screens and looked like enough for an ISO length male. I'm interested to see where the heater screen will be when I get mine back. It seems like newer units would have less space, since the glass is recessed more making it lower down in the unit, but it's just a hunch that there's actually more. Do you notice any difference in heater screen depth on your Mis, @Bravesst?

My little Boston Terrier, RED, just got my Ed stem. I shoulda known something was up, he was off in a corner munching. Glad it was empty, and he didn't ingest the screen or any wood. He's a great little boy, but at a year and a half, he's still picking up certain things. My fault, I'm a maniac with keeping things away (I posted my "box" of Mi toys yesterday). Somehow Ed's stem hit the floor. I yelled at him, now I feel horrible.
Remember, it's never the dog's fault, always your own for failure to do something right. Thank God I'm really stuck on long glass stems lately, but this stem was smooth. Gonna have to get another, even better this time. Oh well, time to email Ed, but in the meantime, I got plenty to play with.
So far Dave's stuff fits everything, but one Mi is at the shops, getting a new female glass joint.
Learn something new every day. I over dried last nigh. Left the weed under the bulb (about 4 inches, 40 watt) for hours. Got a bit "discolored", not burnt, but lost taste, clouds, and effect. Only a small bud, but be careful to not just leave under bulb for too long, and be sure to grind right away, put away and cap, or you risk humidity wetting up herb once again.
Hate hot and humid, throws off the whole vaporfection situation...

Never got a RMA or any contact from RBT or Sheila regarding the warranty return on my Milaana so I just sent it in fed-ex today with a copy of my address and the issue. Hopefully they will take care of me and turn my MFMB (Magic flight Milaana Box) back into a regular Milaana

Something similar happened with my rat
She gnawed on a few of my caps for my stems and pulled my work uniform into her cage and went to town for hours. I felt so bad after I yelled at her, she was scared of me for like 5 minutes but ended up snuggling in my shoulder later to let me know all was good between us.Pets and vapes don't really get along, and it's always the owner's fault! Unfortunately
I've been using pretty much exclusively the long stem, as I haven't been vaping on the go much. It's infinitely smoother and not harsh in the slightest. I'll definitely invest in a ddave stem eventually, the wider mouthpiece is starting to get to me.

Haven't kept up with this thread but I did have to send my Mi in a while back. The first couple of weeks weren't too bad but now I'm sorely missing her for convection hits on the go. Still waiting on my grasshopper too so it's back to butane for my convection needs until the lovely lady Mi decides to journey back home.
By the way, I'm loving @Alan stems for the Mi. The double screen method is my go to when I'm hitting it dry. For waterworks I use the planetvape EQ adapter. The restricted airflow makes milking a breeze. Really looking forward to all these new stems coming out though. Those glass capsules look amazing!
P.S. I want my T-O-D! [to be sung in the tune of the Toyota "I want my MPG" ad]

Absolutely. The only 'tumble' my Mi has taken was when the cat jumped up on the kitchen table and grabbed the Milaana.
It was in the hemp bag so he grabbed that and 'took it down' to the floor still in the bag. Which is where I found them both(cat and vape, that is). No damage and I didn't hear anything either, so he must have carried it down carefully rather than pushing it.
Maybe he was going to try to use it....Either way, I wasn't amused.

The female glass on the newer milaana is deeper until it contacts the heater.
The original milaana is a bit more shallow...but the raised lip makes the joint itself slightly longer (if that makes sense)
At least that was the deal with the two I have.
