did anybody else feel like, do these idiots realize they are probably lucky to be alive???
A momma bear with cubs is one of the most dangerous animals in the world.
They just lucked out that momma was in a good mood and didn't kill every one of them.
If I saw a bear coming up the beach, I'd retreat inland ASAP to get the flock out of her path.

it looks like one of the many bear tours in Alaska. The momma must be used to there being people along that beach or she would have led the cubs wide of them.
but if I were that close to so powerful and temperamental an animal, I would have shit myself

early 70's, We were broke so we took family camping. After a week in woods , packed up car and ready to leave. Buddy & I went down to creek to wash off for ride home. Heard a crashing noise, looked and saw what appeared to be a dog tank barreling through woods. Ran back to car yelling "It's a bear, it's a bear!" Wife & kids get out of car and want to see. I replied: This ain't Jellystone and that ain't Yogi, Get in GD car!"
