This prosecutor could have some bias. His father was shot by a black man when he was 12 years old.

i posted an article going over this a page or two ago. theres more to it than just that.

he should have been removed from this process from the start.

and his speach was a complete middle finger to the country. he lied through his teeth. made me sick.

check out the article. its a good one.

Was it ever confirmed that Wilson screamed and cursed at them to get out of the street?

Does anyone have a link to that?

Shares of Taser International Spike After Ferguson Unrest

Orders for police cameras, which Taser International makes, are rolling in.

Shares of Taser International are up more than 6 percent in afternoon trade Wednesday after the company announced the Winston-Salem police department ordered more than 600 body cameras from the company.

In a release Wednesday, Taser said the Winston-Salem police department would buy 623 AXON body-worn video cameras and that the order was received during the fourth quarter.

Taser makes body cameras and other safety gear.

The latest order from the Winston-Salem department follows an initial order of 293 cameras made in July.

Back in the summer, shares of Taser rallied after protests in Ferguson, Missouri, first broke out following the shooting death of Michael Brown by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

Protests have again broken out in Ferguson and across the country after a grand jury on Monday said it would not indict Wilson for his role in the death of Brown.

In August, some in the market attributed the strength in Taser shares to speculation that more police departments around the country would purchase the company's body cameras for more widespread use among their officers.

In addition to Wednesday's rally, Taser shares have gained more than 40 percent in the past month.

unfortunately the Brown family will never have a chance at a fair trial. the prosecution/indictment was made to fail from the start.

oh and here are cops/military starting fires on West Florrisant. just so happens to be one of the businesses that was destroyed. and the cars in the lot... as well as a string of cars down W. Florrisant. W. Florrissant was locked down before any fires were started. so i wonder how so many buildings on W. Florissant were burned down...? or maybe the question should be "by who"?

its just lie after lie by the authorities in this whole ordeal. this is the american way.

Heck, I don't even take SCOTUS decisions as fact, they disagree among themselves all the time, and vote along party lines most of it.

Another Witness in the Michael Brown Shooting Death Has Been Found Murdered

Words by Nadia Shakur

While officer Darren Wilson receives around the clock protection the communities in Missouri ask who is protecting them? With another mysterious death their question is valid.

23-year old Shawn Gray was discovered unconscious and pronounced dead on the scene Wednesday afternoon. Gray had been missing since thanksgiving. He was last seen leaving Cardwell’s Restaurant and Bar where he worked at 11:30 thanksgiving night but never came home. His family said that was not like him to disappear without contacting someone so they filed a missing persons report two days later.

Police said they had no leads but his family tracked his car to a parking lot in Landue, Mo. After that, they tracked his cell phone to an area surrounding the Oak Hill Cemetery in Kirkwood.

Even after the family spoke with three different police departments Gray’s family did majority of the investigating.

The most disturbing aspect in Shawn Gray disappearance is that he was a known witness in Michael Brown’s killing who testified during the grand jury proceedings. The Gray family is demanding answers and feels there was definitely foul play involved.

One of the most perplexing things about the Michael Brown death is the fact that two witnesses to the shooting have been found dead under mysterious circumstances and the local authorities have developed no leads in either case.

Grand jury witness DeAndre Joshua was found shot dead and his car was torched the following day outside the same neighborhood where Brown was killed.

First DeAndre Joshua and now Shawn Gray, both young men who spoke up against injustice and both died mysteriously. Some may ask why would these two people be killed right after providing testimony to the grand jury? Perhaps they were killed to stymie any ongoing federal investigations into a possible prosecution against Darren Wilson or possibly other related lawsuits to follow.

There is definitely a message being sent and the community wants to know who is sending it.

If cops start getting hunted and shot things will come to a head real quick. Right or wrong some folks will do whatever they feel is necessary to keep from dying.

I just don't understand when they say that being a cop is such a dangerous job, I just read the news article on MSN and they say that the last time a cop was killed in the line of duty in NY was in 2011, that was almost 4 years ago, there are so many jobs far more dangerous than that, firefighter just comes to mind, and so many more in the manufacturing and oil industry.

Yeah, other occupations are more dangerous, but mostly because of bad accidents. The thing with the police is that they are put into, or have to put themselves into very dangerous situations, often with no time for any forethought.

I'm just going by statistics, they make it sound more dangerous than it really is, and use it to gain sympathy from the public.
