You know what works great? The post office's click 'n' print website.

Pay for postage and print priority mail labels, bam.

They'll even maintain an address book for ya!

I am certain they are doing the best they can. There are always some glitches with any business launch. I think they have done a exceptional job keeping everyone informed and I am sure it will all work out for everyone.patience is a really nice quality :)

got mine yesterday. sorry just forgot to post. its awesome :) JK

I highly doubt anyone will get them today. If they shipped saturday, I am going to guess the very first ones to get them will not be till tomorrow.

Just do not want to get people too excited.

Oh yeah and the PO, UPS and fedex all are having delays right now too.....

I wonder if any SD locals were able to pick their units up on Friday? We had a few at the Herbalizer test drive event back in September.

I was told they only shipped 8, so I know the chances are slim.. Just hoping to live vicariously until mine arrives.. Mine is nearby, so there is a chance I will get it tomorrow.

I would hope that the labels are being hand-filled at this very moment, while draft emails with tracking info are being composed. So that herbalizer could at least meet the expectations they created for last friday, which was to ship 42 more units by then. Even if the shipping software continues to fail...

@Josh's Dad, any status updates on the rest of these first 50 units?
I suppose even bad news is better than none at all :shrug:

I still haven't gotten an email or tracking number, but my order has gone from processing to completed on the herbalizer website. I wish I knew wtf was going on...

Oh, mine came from Fed-Ex, could be because I have an account with them & they let me know when something is heading my way. I suspect you'll see something soon.

Just got a notice from Fedex too...... Hope Herbalizer holds true to their no tax offering, and that they'll pick up the tab on the brokerage fee's Fedex has 'always' nailed me with :rant: My understanding that Canada was supposed to go via USPS :bang::shrug:

mine will be here friday (per my tracking which I just got) Its cool. At least I know now :)

So you people with tracking...are you $650 early birds? I still have no email...thought they may taking care of you guys first.....nvm, sent an email, Shelia got back to me within 30 min, shipped today :) that's all I needed.
