That's because it is a Chinese made product marketed by a US company who just took the Chinese marketing bullet points without bothering to even read them, unless of course, this US company is Chinese owned as well.
Regarding your US company statement, any US marketing company can import goods from China and sell them in the US. I never implied otherwise.
There are a LOT of US Marketing companies importing Chinese made trash clones into the US for resale. Now that's not to say that all Chinese made vaporizer are trash, or even that this one is, but the rebranding of existing product and marketing it as something new is not a novel idea and it happens all time.
