Yeah saw that and was a real good display of how good their customer service can be when available, and actually pretty reassuring to see.
Would usually take the Paypal route for that exact reason, but for ease of access to funds and the fact Davinci in the past had a solid rep for years, paid direct with card this time round.
For the time being patiently biding my time and waiting to see if they stick to their shipping ETAs, but news like this of being taxed twice, and not being able to contact them to honour refunds makes me twitchy and considering filing a chargeback with my bank.
Just trying to relax with some fresh cured nugs and chill, but out of a nice new IQ i am sure would be more relaxing lol.

What was your order number and what color did you get? I just ordered mine on the third and hoping it comes soon lol.

Oh nice. I'm 60303 and got a stealth as well. Hopefully mine ships soon! Seems like most of the orders taking the longest to ship were different colors.
Yup that's abundantly clear. They are shipping in the order they were received but by availability of color... Nov 1st Order Number 5775 - Gunmetal and I'm still waiting. Blue and Gunmetal colors seem to have issues

Yeah I was tempted at one point but I have my crafty and ff2 plus one of those flavx pens keeping me company so after they finally decided to properly manage people's expectations by publishing estimated ship dates. I just decided to rock out with my own vapes till the new one arrives.
Oh well that's not too bad. My last vape broke so I'm over here smoking bowls. It's been rough.

I joined this forum so I could possibly get a response from Davinci because Im not having luck on social media or other avenues. Im looking to place an order. Id like to order through Torontovaporizer.ca in order to avoid customs and brokerage charges ordering directly from Davinci since I assume they are based in the US. The folks at Torontovape have literally no idea when they are getting product in. My questions are:
1) Would it be faster if I ordered it straight from Davinci (I will if I have to)
2) Does the color I select have an effect on delivery timeline? If so, which colors deliver faster?
3) Since Toronto Vape is an authorized dealer, would I still get the $51 credit? If no would I get this if I ordered straight from Davinci?
4) What is the ETA for delivery?

Overall vape in itself is great, android app is total garbage (awfully buggy) and davinci customers service is autist/inexistant.

3)Absolutly not they only give it for orders before 31/10 or if you own other vape from them.
4) 1 month waiting for me without response to emails, then actual shipping to europe took 6 days;
had to pay 100$ customs in addition to 55$ they asked (they ship as gift ripping you of 55$).
You might get refund if you paid with paypal and ask paypal for it, Davinci won't even respond if you don't fill a paypal refund form...
I suggest strongly you:
WAIT FOR YOUR LOCAL SHOP TO HAVE STOCK AND DON'T ORDER FROM DAVINCI DIRECTLY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PROBLEMS

1) depends, refer to 2. Plus I have no idea, just like you, for how long it will take our local dealer to get them in stock.
2) I just ordered a stealth on December 3 and it's already listed as shipped. I have seen people with orders of other colors that have ordered back in early November that still haven't gotten theirs. If you want it quick, Stealth is the way to go. Edit: I should add that I am a first time purchaser.
3) you would not get the credit if you go through DaVinci
4) that depends entirely on your method of delivery you choose. But if you do standard, expect like 5-7 days depending on your location and if it gets held up in customs.

Well the site I want to order it from (apparently an approved dealer) doesnt even let you pre order or order or anything. The staff is completely in the dark, getting no guidance from Davinci. I would order it but now Im starting to have second thoughts due to this company's lack of response and from what Im reading on social media.
I would love for Davinci to come on here and try and give me at least a rough timeline and procedure for order.

Ya dude probably best. Especially if you have to pay extra for customs and potentially other fees if you're like other people on this thread. Or try to hold out until you could get it in your country. That could be awhile though
As of today we are up to date on orders for Stealth, Copper, and Blue. The Gun Metal is still on back order but should be caught up in the next 5-7 days.
This was an error when the shipment was sent. Send me a Pm and we can refund you the cost of the taxes you had to pay.

1) We are up to date on shipments for Stealth, Copper, and Blue IQ's so if you order today it will ship tomorrow for those colors. Gun Metal is slightly behind but will be up to date shortly. Orders direct through Davinci Vaporizer will be the fastest option for the time being.
2) Color dose effect delivery. Gun Metal is still back ordered slightly and would be about 1-2 weeks before shipment.
3) No only orders through DavinciVaporizer.com are eligible for the $51 credit. In addition only orders placed prior to 10/31 and customers who previously owned an Ascent or original Davinci.
4) ETA for delivery of the Stealth, Copper, and Blue would be as quick as the shipping method you select.
Is it normal to see the USPS still say status not available for an IQ that changed to shipped on Tuesday afternoon?
