My cconspiracy theory is that the "white" orders are at the end of the line.
I was a white order that changed to black when white failed.

Also at the tradeIn level.

I was told I'd be taken care of today, when I emailed on Friday asking.

Still haven't gotten it today but as long as its within the week I don't mind much.

My "white" evo just had its firmware updated this morning (the same morning they received it), and is already on its way back to me. Not only that, but they immediately changed my shipping from fedex to priority mail when I explained my somewhat-unique delivery situation as I returned this morning's email.

So have no worries people, vxc couldn't be any more on top of things :tup:!

If you haven't been reading the last few pages and don't have your email don't forget to check your spam folders...mine was there. I guess my email program "decided" that since I wasn't opening Indiegogo emails about other campaigns it must be spam,

The notification was from Indiegogo not VapeXhale.

Early preorder who just got my email from Vapexhale. :D EVO is going to be on it's way.

Congrats on the shipping confirmation but as a trade-in who still hasn't received his email yet I am a little annoyed. I know mine should be coming anytime now, but why are pre-orders going before trade-ins. This is now the 3rd cloud I've purchased from VapeXhale and consider myself a pretty good customer, but I guess being an early supporter gets you to the back of the line.

Pre Orders are not being shipped out before IGG. We did contact a few Pre-orders to begin collecting Credit card information but there units will not ship until all 110 V IGG orders ship. We are working hard, still fulfilling IGG, stay tuned and when in doubt submit a support ticket.

I got nothing today either. I chose "white" as well. Hopefully tomorrow really is the last day of the waiting game. :chill:

I'm not too proud to be the last in line and I'm looking forward to my "last day of the IGG campaign fulfillment" shipping email that I'll be receiving tomorrow since I didn't receive one today.

I know Troi said that FedEx was coming by today to pick up a batch to be shipped but still nothing changed. Just trying to see if anyone is in the same boat or if it is usual before I need to contact VXL. I don't want to bother them.

Also I doubt the "white" theory, mine always was black.

Well, today is a GREAT day.

The EVO has returned.

What were the (financial) details of the return/repair process? Under warranty? Total incurred costs? Very curious as "no glass (i.e. bamboo) is warrantied" was the VapeXhale policy previously, much to the chagrin of those who experienced just such failures. Given the "bamboo" being the Achilles' heel of the design (imho), this is a significant issue.

I don't think the shipping updates on the weekend since mine didn't and I shipped from PA on Thursday. It started back updating today tho!

All I had to pay for was shipping to Vapexhale. They took care of everything else.

Sweet! Sounds like a new policy. Hopefully this will be made explicit and, also, retroactive for non-EVO Cloud bamboo failures. (?)

^ I also got my shipping email on Friday and was getting worried as Fedex tracking was still at Initiated Shipment but has now updated to In transit. It only updated about an hour ago, so hopefully yours will get updated soon also. It shows that Fedex picked up 5:29 pm and it arrived Fedex at 6:16 pm. Now if they can
just get it delivered safely by Saturday, I will be a happy Evo owner! :)

Still waiting for my email as well, contributed at the Trade-In level at the end of July. Here's to hoping for an email tomorrow! So excited to finally have a Vapexhale product again after my original ticker died back in May. 7 months without a Cloud has been tough, but I think I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. :p
