Early preorder who just got my email from Vapexhale. EVO is going to be on it's way.
Congrats on the shipping confirmation but as a trade-in who still hasn't received his email yet I am a little annoyed. I know mine should be coming anytime now, but why are pre-orders going before trade-ins. This is now the 3rd cloud I've purchased from VapeXhale and consider myself a pretty good customer, but I guess being an early supporter gets you to the back of the line.

Appreciate the reply Troi! I know you guys are working hard and trying to get everything sent out.Pre Orders are not being shipped out before IGG. We did contact a few Pre-orders to begin collecting Credit card information but there units will not ship until all 110 V IGG orders ship. We are working hard, still fulfilling IGG, stay tuned and when in doubt submit a support ticket.

Is there anyone out there who received their e-mails Friday but have not had any sort of update on your tracking? Mine still says Initiated shipment information sent to FedEx. I know Troi said that FedEx was coming by today to pick up a batch to be shipped but still nothing changed. Just trying to see if anyone is in the same boat or if it is usual before I need to contact VXL. I don't want to bother them.
Also I doubt the "white" theory, mine always was black.
What were the (financial) details of the return/repair process? Under warranty? Total incurred costs? Very curious as "no glass (i.e. bamboo) is warrantied" was the VapeXhale policy previously, much to the chagrin of those who experienced just such failures. Given the "bamboo" being the Achilles' heel of the design (imho), this is a significant issue.
Sweet! Sounds like a new policy. Hopefully this will be made explicit and, also, retroactive for non-EVO Cloud bamboo failures. (?)All I had to pay for was shipping to Vapexhale. They took care of everything else.
