Also I wante to let every one know that any mechanical mod that can stack 2 18350's can handle the hercules 7.4v attachment just be careful as there is no electronics and taking the battery voltage level to low can damage battery or in a worst case injure the user.
Be careful at all times with unregulated devices,now we just need TET to release an adapter 3/8th to 510 to run the EO and LL cart's on these sick mods.

The beast mod now seems to be more of a hybrid device, its VV up to 8.4 volts so it hits and acts as a mechanical device but yet is fully protected by the electronics.

The herc may cause issues if incorrectly assembled and then tried to run it on a mechanaical mod might be bad, always check with a Variable voltage device with ohm reader or use a multimeter.

this one I saw some dude using said it worked great and at the price its a steal, you can wire it for wax budders or shatters and use silica wick , ekowool, ceramic rods, xc116 ceramic wick, stainless steel mesh, etc, etc.







and these are a decent deal , most places charge you 18-30 bucks for one atomizer thats identical to this , my buddy uses these and they seem to work wonderful, similar to alot of oil pen atomizers, the one i like is the dr dabber it has a recessed coil closer to the bottom were all the oil that melts into the bottom gets vaporized also.
but these seem pretty good for the price.

I just ordered one of these over the weekend . I am glad to hear they work pretty well. I had trouble finding reviews on them but I figured for less then 5 bucks fuck it :lol: I wonder how hard it would be to to mod the coil deeper into the ceramic well? I picked up one of these too they seem to be similar to the dripping oddy and terminator. Rebuildable and it comes with 3 coils for less then 10$ shipped to your door around the globe. I love fasttech haha

Great to hear , let us know how it works out.
I would think that you can go as low as you want, as long as the wires don touch the bottom, I could be wrong.
There are a few on fasttech that have ceramic cups , those you can make it sit flush at the bottom without shorting.

Just realized that the one I posted is the one with the ceramic cup you should be able to go as low as you possibly can, ala dr dabber style lol lol

Thats my intentions, try to find alternate options that can dramatically save you money in the long run for more fun stuff.

I had ordered The Beast Mod, but I pussied out a day later and canceled my order. I don't have the equipment like a voltage reader or multimeter which would be useful for a novice like myself with The Beast. Ideally I'd like a box with electronics that ran on 18350s and had a digital display, but wasn't much more expensive than The Beast or the Varicool. I'm going to hold off and see if any other options pop-up and do my homework in the meantime. Following this thread with interest :)

So cool, Iam on a mission to try to find something similar as the beast with 18350 stacked or 18650's all with a display vv, vw, and an ohm checker.

Yeah shan mods are bad ass, I saw a mod box that had a 10 amp switch with a 50 watt limit , That I requested and an lcd screen and all the bells and whistles, waiting for a quote!

I've been bitten by the bug as well. I think I'm going to make a box mod with around a 75W limit. No clue why I would need it to go that high... I just know I want it. I've been getting into sub-ohm coils with my rebuilds though, I imagine I'd be able to fog up a room like a ninja with a smoke bomb with that sort of output current.

I have 3 VB dabblers, decide to rebuild one... using kanthral 28g wrap to 2.0ohmz with Ekowool. The rubber gasket was to short to clamp the neg lead SO I replace with teflon gasket. Works great just like a new dabbler.

Does anyone know where to get larger / taller eGo cones? This is my setup and this is the exact cone I bought. There is a gap between the cone and the mouthpiece which I didn't expect to show. OR should I be looking for different cartomizers? These are the ones I am using.

I dont believe there are any taller ego cone cover's , even with ecig carto's they stick out a bit like that, in theory there more like a heat shield of sorts and cosmetically it hides the cart'o some what.

Is your set up is it for waxes and oils or for e juice ?

Just for waxes. Those Phoenix carts are next on my list of things to try. I ask because this dude has a cone and cartomizer that are flush.


As of now I like the cartos because I can load them up with more than a sessions worth.

Its possible he's using a shorter cart'o or a regular carto cut down and modified.
There is a slight gap between the cone and the mouthpiece so leads me to believe modified ,but shorter carto is possible.
I hear ya the kanger horizontal coil carto's are popular and last way longer and run better than the boge cartos.
You can find a 5 pack of kanger horizontal coils catros for like $6-7 bucks, good bargain and some claim loading .5 or more in them at once. Easy to load , but you have to remove the bridge inside not hard but it takes a second.
How do yours perform and or last ?

That could be like a trippy stick were you remove tip and you load directly on top of the coil, like the phoenix but it doesn't unscrew in half I think.

I just got mine. Fairly decent. I've also built on an UD-igo with sick coils (twisted 28 gauge wire micro coil at .4 ohms) and instantly zaps errl which I prefer. Only because on the Oddy (Odysseus clone) you have to unscrew and overtime it gets gunky and sticks. The air hole on the 510 connection will seep errl into your mod and gunk up the battery as well. On my UD I just lift the top off and smudge errl on the coil ... oh and it's a quicker re-build.

ud-igo il check that out. really want a vertical coil with a cone of ss/mesh going into it. would like to dunk a dab into a hoop of mesh and have a good amount of tokes b4 I hav to reload; mainly y I got into w9's gear but fk their prices kill sometimes. that's y im lookin into rebuilds
