withe the VL i find that when you finish it the bag seams to push the vapor deeper in to your lungs thats why they hit ya so hard
Just made a VL from a 3 liter apple juice bottle. Almost can't finish it. Takes pretty much my entire breath. Just killer.
Would love to see a 5 gallon bottle Vapor Lung some day. Will take the GTV and a few bowls to fill it.
Hey Alan, do you get more hits with the 3 liter. I'm ready to make one but it seems from all the videos that people are only getting one hit. Is that the case? One hit and refill or is blowing back into the bag just so you can get the rest of the vapor? When my kid brother and his buddies use bags it looks like they fill them and pass the one bag around the room, but they are using bag vapes.

3 lt is quite a big vapor lung and for many people it's too big of a hit so it can be shared between 2 or 3 people. I find even the 1,5lt is too big for one hit and split it in two... It also depends on the vape and the density of the vapor in the bottle. If it's too thick it could be shared with more people.
Wanted to give this another go last night since I've had a sore throat recently & figured the Zero restriction & cool down time was perfect for that.
Unfortunately my house had no adequate bags for contructing one soo.....
I made a vapor gravity bong!!
Plus this way the only air leaks I have to worry about are in the cap (& I fixed that by buying a 18/14 reducer instead of using the joints of broken downstems) no more bag to worry about & it works great! Love this forum
My relatively-new-to-cannabis husband and I bought our Arizer Solo a couple years ago but we never really liked it as much as our Vapor Genie. We were thinking of selling the Solo until a friend of mine linked me to this thread! I literally made a vapor lung in 15 minutes with a 2-liter soda bottle, a small plastic bag from HMV, and some duct tape, and most of that time was spent drilling the hole in the cap for the glass stem to fit into! You guys have breathed new life into our Solo with the vapor lung (pun intended). I'm quite thankful indeed!
What high temps? Turkey bags are thick and noisy... :/Go to Wilkinson and get some terky bags and ditch the hmv bagbag the terky bags are safe at high temps
Why don't the big ones work well? It seems like they would if you loaded multiple bowlsIt's sick alright and works wonders! ALready tried big ones but it doesn't work that well… A water bottle is your best bet. It worked the best for me! Just pay attention to the details of construction and the Solo will become a lean mean fogging machine and it will taste better than what it does natively!
Don't those big, blue 5 gallon ones have pretty stiff sides? They don't need multiple bowls, one is enough even for a big one, the problem is that the bigger the bottle, the easier for the side walls to be sucked in and ruin the suction… Except if you manage to find a big one with really hard plastic or somehow you make it out of glass or stainless steel!

Haha yeah!! Maybe a trash bag would work? What were you using that didnt work hahahaΟΗ ΜΥ!!! These are the five gallon ones??? I take it back and I would love to see this in action!!! The hole might readily accept a 18/14 reducer as well now that I think about it… It could be the most awesome party thing ever!!! Good luck finding a bag for these beasts though… A food bag that is.
