Thanksgiving game, Detroit vs Green Bay

It has been 6 years since I have "enjoyed" the holiday season. I worked in a high volume retail management salary position, and this time of year I would often work 60 hours a week or more. It would start in October, and just never seem to end with Thanksgiving, Xmas, post xmas returns and exchanges, after winter sale, ect. Dealing with hundreds to thousands of people a day. i was passionate, and worked hard and took pride in what i did, but that doesn’t mean it was always easy. But this year has been different and almost stress free, i have a little less money at the moment, but am super happy and still am able to make ends meet pursuing other interests.

I am a diehard Detroit Lions fan, and although I go to the Thanksgiving day game every year, it was always hard for me to fully enjoy it sandwhiched in one if the busiest weeks of the year for me.

This year was different, the EVO came down to Detroit for a wonderful Lions tailgate. 4 of us ripped 5 or 6 loads, only a stones throw from Woodward Ave. where the Thanksgiving day Parade was in full swing. It was nice to medicate, then watch the parade, rinse and repeat. With a few pre-noon Michigan craft beers of course. For those too busy stuffing their faces, the Lions spanked the Packers by 30 points. Being a Lions fan isn't easy, so we will take the win on the big stage when we can. After the game? Picked up the girlfriend with the warm EVO ready in my car, and we were able to work up a quick appetite before going to my mom's house for the standard Thanksgiving. Thanks VX.

How about "black friday"? Instead of working a 16 hour plus day i followed my formula for a stellar day: "Sleep, vape, eat. Fuck then repeat" Thanks EVO, you helped make my holiday.

Now i am rambling. How about more positives in the EVO vs the VXC?

-No ticking unit (both of my old units were tickers)
-No whistling when you hit it hard.
-The fact it is light in nature makes it more likely to take a fall, will cause less stress on your glass, easier to tote around, ect.
-removable cord + better heat retention really opens of the possibilities
-Killer with concentrates, works better then my old rare "high temperature ticker"
-has a cold spot to grab always (i dont care at all the top gets hot, grab the bottom instead

Add these small additions, to what i have said in previous posts, to what i already considered the best vape on the market, i am sure as hell winning.

If Rodgers was healthy its a whole different game, no Johnson for the first time we played you this year so that's a different game as well. I have no respect for Suh though whatsoever, hes a dirty player. Sorry to derail this thread. Go Pack!

Please join us in the LOUNGE to argue about sports! Suh isn't any more or less "dirty" than 90% of NFL lineman. Or high school lineman for that matter. In fact, High School linemen are WAY "dirtier" or as they really call it in football "Chippy"

Ask anyone who played Oline or Dline what was the most dangerous threat they faced on the field, most will tell you it's chop blocks, which are 100% legal. Chop blocks ruin knees. Suh's antics were way blown out of proportion from pearl clutching old white guys who give a free pass to blowharding dickwads like Phillip Rivers, Brady and Romo as long as they are winning.

The same pearl clutchers bitching about Suh will praise Richie Incognito or Logan Mankings for "playing with an edge" Dan Dierdorf was a notorious Richie fan and Logan fan. For some reason, those 2 big lumbering Olineman starting shit AFTER the whistle is just a fire in their belly. But when the big black guy does it, he's "dirty".

How about Brady screaming and swearing at the refs after they lost to the Panthers and everyone after the game says Brady is such a tough competitor and all that BS but when Dez Bryant "yells" at Romo saying nothing bad if you actually listen to the audio of him and Romo "fighting" its all over the media and hes a horrible teammate and all that jazz when he was actually just saying we are better then the opposing team.. I'm not a Cowboys fan at all its just bs because hes a young black male in the NFL. Im white too btw.

So I defend the stomping and other cheap bullshit because I know that my team does similar bullshit, and when I played ball, every team was full of cheap shot motherfuckers!

The earliest cheap tactic I experienced in football was people grabbing at my nuts and trying to titty twist my nipples.

Then I played water polo against some rich prep school kids, holy shit I've never had so many wealthy white bros trying to grab my package! Watch some of the Olympic footage of the underwater water polo cams. Scratching, pulling off clothing, kicking, punching... it's like a fucking street fight.
