Thank you for the link, I just bought one on eBay for $15 shipped. I was looking for a bowl holder and think this all-in-one thing should be quite useful. My only concerns are that the ABV will cling to the silicone too much and it could be a pain to empty into a jar.

I've actually never herd of a pipe knocker, I just used my knuckles.
