My friends call me "Menz"
Hello Everyone,
I recently lost my job, so because i have to find a new job and i live in a non-legal state i had to go on a forced T-break (which i am not happy about but must do). i know because of my weight (198lbs) and how it's mostly body fat (i never had much muscle) i know it will take a LONG time for my system to be clean enough to take a test (if i get an leads soon i will need to TRY a masking agent). anyways......
i noticed that a few days after i stopped that my sleeping patterns has changed and on top of that i started dreaming again. i haven't had a dream in "i can't remember when" since i have been medicating for 25+ years. my wife says i was still dreaming but i just didn't remember them. But NOW i do have them for sure and i am remembering them. on top of that, they are strange and borderline nightmarish. so now because of these strange dreams that i havent had in a long time i am not sleeping well at all. i get to sleep and i get one of these strange dreams and i wake up and cant get back to sleep. if i do get back to sleep i get another strange dream and the pattern repeats itself.
has anyone else gone through this? do you all still get dreams EVEN if you have NOT stopped medicating?? is there anything i can do other than medicating to get back to what i thought was sleep?? this is really bothering and affecting my nerves. any suggestions anyone??
