I've been in the vape game for over 5 years but I just noticed something that some of you may have noticed before, but for me, it's a new revelation, but it makes perfect sense.
I think we can all agree that when tolerance becomes an issue, we can switch strains, or go from a single strain to a salad, and it seems that by doing so, our tolerance goes down quite a bit for a while. Then when it goes back up, we can switch strains again, and again experience a lowering of our tolerance for a bit.
But I've noticed the exact same thing happen when I switch modes of delivery, even when using the same vape. With my LSV, I can be vaporbonging through the WPA every night, but after awhile, I notice my tolerance creeping up. If I switch to using just the transfer wand, to me, it's like switching strains and my tolerance takes a dive for awhile, but then it begins creeping back up again, but if I switch from the wand to the WPA..............bingo, tolerance lowers again.
All this makes perfect sense though. It's all about getting a different cannabinoid profile. It happens when you switch strains, switch temps or switch modes of delivery.
I never saw anyone mention this before though and I wouldn't have noticed it either if I was one who was constantly switching delivery modes every day or so, but if I stick with one mode for awhile, it becomes pretty obvious, at least to me.
Thoughts?
