Suggestions on a heavy hitting vape.

@NinjaMindTriks You Know what, That seems to be the general consensus regaurding the sub. I'm really feeling the whole thing. How's the customer service and warranty for the sub? Do they treat you good, and are good about replacing broken parts and what not?

I have never had to use the warranty. I bought it through planetvape.ca. It is the very first version, and I know some people have issues with the heater performance dropping. Mine is still going strong like the day I bought it. I don't really have a daily driver. I rotate through my vapes all the time. I will say that the sub takes a lot of care not to burn yourself. It's scorching hot almost everywhere except for the handles. I don't use it as much as I would like because of that reason. I always use it when I want dab like flower hits and it's great for double deckers, although I rarely get concentrates. I personally like to mix vapes up. I definitely have an addiction!

iolites have been in use since '08 with no issues. Space age plastics are a lot different that what's used with cheap toys.

Not sure how "space age" the S&B plastic is.....if you look at the threads it's looking very common that the plastic fins are breaking/snapping off as well as bits of pieces of plastic are breaking off including the bowl area. Lots of pics have been posted. Further to this, members are also reporting that breaks are also occurring from using the product exactly as intended, with no rough handling whatsoever.

Seems like you're making assumptions on battery life. I've got a DaVinci that's still going after 3 years of regular use. Give S&B some credit. I'm sure they've subjected their portables to some long term testing.

That would be an interesting can of worms to open in the respective thread. Long term testing? Hmmm, lots of battery complaints as well, with a noticeable decline in battery life after only short usage (20hours)? In fact, I do believe that the cheap plastic fins breaking off and the battery life (not really an issue unless it's starting to degrade fast, which seems to be the trend) are the 2 biggest complaints of the Crafty.

With that being said, ofcourse S&B deserve some credit....they made IMO the two best portable vapes out there, and I will own both by 4/20!

I haven't been reading either thread recently, so my info may be out of date. I was referring to heat resistance more than pieces breaking though.

I haven't seen many battery life complaints either. Maybe I'm giving S&B too much credit based on previous performance. I'm certainly not alone there, if that's the case.

@max thank you for your input, I will take it Into consideration. I had no idea S&B let's you try the mighty and if you don't like it you can return it. I might give that a try.
@NinjaMindTriks Damn, that seems like a drag, man. Considering it's extraction method though, it seems worth the purchase. I will keep doing more research though, before I decide Anything.

I was just curiously bringing it up to see if anyone could tell me otherwise, but it seems to be the reality. Solid product, but the problems popping up from the mighty's thread is what's keeping me from buying one. But @max said you can buy it and try it and return it if you don't like it. I might just do that, because if this vaporizer is as hard hitting as everyone says it is, I will have no problem sending it in every other year for a simple battery replacement. And, I'll just be sure to be extra careful with the Mighty to prevent any plastic breaking.

It's not S&B, it's the retailer. Pretty sure they are unique in that respect. And speaking of respect, anybody that offers a money back satisfaction definitely earns my respect! Then again, pretty sure Randy at PuffItUp will make sure you don't go unhappy.

Exactly, I love the Crafty so much that I accept any cons and actually have no problem replacing the battery twice a year. Mighty is next!

@paytonpenn duuuuuuude..... now Im digging the hammer. In your own opinion, would you say it's better than the Lotus and the daisy?
@GuyLeDuche I was prepared, but still failed. Was jealous within the first 2 videos.

@grokit you are one lucky mofo. Everyone who owns a versa infinity seems to love it. Its truly a shame how the vaporizer's life ended. Hopefully some new company can recreate or bring back that same design in the future.

For me its better. It's the end user that really classifies what is better to and for them. All around I think the Hammer is a better design and is far more capable than the Lotus/Lily/Daisy. They do have they conveniences of using external torches which is the only thing making the Hammer not an easily held lifetime piece. I easily replaced my Hammer igniter when it stopped working but not everyone is willing to try that. But for some a user serviceable device appeals. I can easily setup for bags, conduction, oils, or groups sessions with the Hammer. The Daisy and Lotus work best as personal pieces rather than being shared and don't feature such functionality.

I honestly would prefer compare the Lotus and Daisy to the VaporGenie (amazing video in signature). If you're already going to use a torch why not a Genie. Butane wont be in the air path unless you're using a soft flame lighter (its a common fear but once the torch ignites you should be inhaling CO2, water and heat). Genie has quicker heat up time and is easier to control. Also multi-purposes as a healthstone for oils. Also a lot less expensive while giving the same experience.

I choose my vapes for best bang for your buck, never spent over 200 on a single item. I believe the Versa was 180. I cant imagine needing to spend over that price for a quality item there are tons of options and even though I can purchase a Might or Volc I refuse to as I can't see those being my end all vapes even for a year, they'd just be nice novelty purchases. I'd rather have 4 heavy hitters than one.

Also suggest looking into the T-Vape and Firewood other great heavy hitters that aren't talked about.
