That's ok, thanks am getting to the point now where I think I just have to force myself to do it and chuck all my combustion stuff away sure once I get over the first day or 2 it will get easier and I can enjoy a clean high and taste. Will see how it goes.
I used to be a major bong and backy head for like 20 years and I found it daunting to stop using weed that way as well but I knew I had to for my health.
You have touched on the way I eventually totally fucked combustion in your posts. At first when I was trying to stop combusting I was using an EQ and I still had my bong and backy in the house. Of course I kept going back to the bong hits with backy. Then I decided to buy a portable vape as well (I bought a solo) and when it arrived I would then give my bong away to a close friend who lives 20 minutes away and I would throw out everything else for combusting and tobacco, all lighters gone, all cigs gone, all cone pieces and stems gone etc etc..
So I had a portable and a desktop (solo and EQ) and I just bought weed only (like an oz) and I told myself every time I get any cravings I'll only use one of my vapes. So I kept doing that for days and then weeks and then it turned into years.
Now 3 or so years later I no longer think about bongs or tobacco at all. My weed consumption went down to only using once or twice in the arvo and evenings and I am generally much healthier and happier.
So I guess my tip for you would be to remove the bong and all the stuff that goes with it, give it away, stop buying cigs, stock up on some good herb and re-train your brain to only wont vapour.
If anyone offers me a joint or bong now I will not accept it. And of course I can't stand tobacco at all, even the smell of someone else smoking it makes me feel pretty yucky.
I hope you can totally fuck combustion, keep at it, it took me quite a few goes until I got it right and the part that made that happen was removing the bong and tobacco totally and only using the vapes.
EDIT - Sorry I should have read to the end of the thread before posting, it sounds like you are getting really close to stopping combustion, keep at it and good luck.
