Stealth Grow

Planning on doing a semi-low scale grow underneath the stairs (in the crawl space) of my new house. I will do some exact measurements later but want something that would not eat up too much power.

Any experienced botanist in house or anyone want to give me some low key high yield tips? or links to tips? Thanks. Ideally I would pick up items at Home Depot or Lowes.
