Spare Parts for Volcano? (Uk)

My Volcano just aint as good as it used to be, i opened it up & there's no kinked hose, they just look a bit yellow, the air pump is working fine, but i think the thermostat/heating element is off from times when ive left it running by accident (heated without the air pumping)

How do i go about fixing this?

i heard that it is fairly cheap in the states to mail it to their location in san fran. but i heard that they are really good about maintaining their product. ive never had a problem luckily, but thats just what i heard.

go to their website, get their email address & send them an email (maybe some pics, too)? but if you send them pics of the internals, they will know you opened it - which may cause problems...but i would email them first, tell them the problem (without telling them u opened it) and see what they say.

its so expensive that im sure they will do something...

and they always have the standard 3yrs warranty...
