I'd like to say yes but it's hard to say for sure, we're still getting spammers. The can hire low cost labor to solve the captchas, but hopefully it makes us a less attractive target.
I work in IT. I report and leave. Clicking that link is beyond crazy IMO. If they were offering a good service or product or whatever, they wouldn't need to spam it across the internet.
