Sous Vide vs Instapot?

I'm about to buy one of these, dedicated for decarbing+infusing bud into coconut oil.

I usually make oil out of my AVB (which is usually vaped at 169c and I like the result)... any advantage of one machine over the other or is it like... same result different method?

Sous vide is a water bath, you’d have to vacuum seal the weed inside and then weight it down in the hot water.

The instant pot is a combination crock pot and pressure cooker. I’m not exactly sure how you’d plan to decarb it as it usually requires water.

just got done watching a couple of videos, gonna go with sous vide + mason jar, looks super accurate/easy... cheers

Or, after a year of mucking about, add a heavy glass paperweight to the weed in the bag, and then vacseal it
