Made me think... People who's good at interacting with customers in places like this, as well as on social media platforms, are rarely the ones who try to be good at it.
My first vape was one with a lot of errors (not my unit, but in general), and I spent a lot of time in that thread, since it was my first vaporizer and all.
When I started hanging out in the Vapman thread I was shocked at how nice it was when René from Vapman dropped by. He seemed genuinely nice, and it felt like he was very happy to see how happy his little vaporizer has made so many people! It doesn't feel like he's here because this is a place he should be as a vaporizer manufacturer.
The guy behind my first vape ended up whining and being weird. Even though my unit never failed me, and I actually still really enjoy it from time to time, I won't buy his new products when/if they come, due to how he seems like a person based on his presence on his product's thread here.
I chose to name the positive example, and not to name the bad example.
