So apparently the police biology specialist thinks ABV is Tabacco and hash

So...they found 80g of cannabis which they have logged as 31g of cannabis, sounds good to me.

Did they intercept the parcel on route?
Was the parcel delivered to your home...then they busted your home?
Have you admitted arranging the parcel?
What evidence do they have you imported cannabis?

What is the advantage to you for the prosecution to know the tobacco is actually cannabis?
You would rather they charged you with 80g not 31g?
For a medical argument to fly they will probably be more interested in medical/hospital records than a cannabis delivery system, meaning I don't think it matters if you vape or smoke, those things don't prove you're ill.

Hi, 31g of cannabis along with "50g" of hash (from the 80g bag)

I did admit and all, thing is my GF was arrested and I wanted to keep her out as she had nothing to do with it ... she's a lawyer so its risky for her career.
A dog found my parcel...it was delivered home with a search warrant.

I am charged with 81g overall (something like that)

In that case leave it and let them think its hash.

There is nothing left to do but focus and push the medical defence & hope for leniency by the court. Maybe say you were desperate because of the pain etc and afraid to deal with street criminals after being robbed & assaulted by a dealer, something along those lines.

My point it, ABV is not usable for vaping so maybe they can not count it in the same degree... because of my medical use... but who knows...

My point is, in all likelihood ABV still counts as cannabis in the eyes of the law. You can extract from ABV & the extracted product is usable for vaping and you can also cook with ABV.

If they tested the "tobacco" it would test positive for cannabis because it is cannabis.

Maybe the law is different in Israel ..but I advise you to have all your ducks in a row before this gets to court.

You might be better asking for help on an Israeli cannabis forum ..at least peeps there will have direct experience of the Israeli legal system & can advise you better.

They don't give lesser penalties for mids, compared to headies, so ABV should be treated the same as any other form of cannabis. That's why I don't save my ABV.

Yep saving the ABV proved to be the worst thing I'd have done

With "only" 31g cannabis that would have been nothing.

But since the ABV counts, I do think its better to change the context and explain that it's pretty much useless...even if it is considered cannabis.

Stoned!
Your post here has made me a little nervous. I better get rid of my ABV or give it an ISO wash and dump the solids asap! Good luck with your battle! I have never been popped for anything and don't want to get into trouble now.
