Sharp shoulder blade pain from wax why does it happen?

So recently i've been getting strange sharp shoulder pain that only happens on one side and it is in the middle of my shoulder and it only occurs when i take dabs or smoke my vape pen also the pain gets worse when i inhale or bend over or lay on the opposite side of the shoulder that hurts. The weird thing is that i don't get the sharp pain when i smoke bud and the pain lasts a whole day.

Are you sure it's your shoulder and not your lungs? Do you feel it on the top part of the shoulder or in your upper back?
