Saw things go down earlier while a message about server migration popped up.

Are we on the new one? Really digging it. FC hasn't been this fast on my computer in quite some time.

AND... the search function is back!! WOOHOO!

Thanks FC & Mods. Pretty quick and painless - for us users at least. Nicely done! :clap:

Glad to hear it, folks. :)

Plenty of planning and prep was done beforehand and I did some dry runs, but you never know what will happen. I think we got lucky this time. Tonight or tomorrow we're due for a forum software upgrade.

On Firefox I am still getting the DNS error. And using that IP doesn't work either. I've already tried reseting the browser cache, nothing.
I have to browse FC on Chrome now, that works. Any tips how to make it work on Firefox again? Chrome is killing my computer slowly.

Try forcing your Firefox to update, there was a recent new release and on my VM win7 using Firefox I am seeing no issues.

Working fine here. The same site is served to all devices so there is no difference in the way alerts are handled.

If you're talking about push notifications, those won't happen because you're viewing the site in a mobile browser, not a native app that supports push notifications.

Nope - viewing site & posting from home puter. Used to get email alerts re threads recently posted to, and Conversations, etc. ...not now:shrug:. Went back to Alert Preferences and re-applied everything as before, but no go. EDIT: Just had a thought - My FC log in on phone & home puter was left open, so maybe that's why no alerts. So, I will log out and see what happens.

Can a member following another member be blocked from doing so?
