SEEGO Vhit Type C

I'm pretty sure you can rebuild one since it looks like a bulb type atomizer. It has a pin on the bottom and insulator grommet, but I'm not sure if there is anything in the way between the head and the bottom.

I would gladly take a spare head apart for someone and attempt a rebuild...

Unfortunately I don't own a seego or have the funds for one so I won't be attempting this unless someone wants to send me an extra head. If that is the case I will gladly send it back to you after I rebuilt it.

Um. Like I said, under $5. If you can't afford that, which, although a cute statement can't be true of someone online, I may have to send you the head for the sake of the forum.

So I have been using th is thing as a load as you go so only load a small amounts at a time. I recently decided to load a nice chunk of wax in the bowl (filled the bowl to the top) and I barely get any vapor and when I do it tastes burnt. Anyone have any ideas?

Airflow is fine.

That is typical behaviour with micro-skillets. The wire heating element in this is 2.5ohm, and on an Ego Twist cranked to 4.8V you are pushing 9.2W. There needs to be enough power in the heater to sublimate the wax. As an analogy, I can boil water in a metal teaspoon over a candle flame, but I can't boil a kettle full with that flame. You could drive your skillet at a higher voltage, but the coil won't survive long. You could rebuild the wire heater to draw - and survive - larger amounts of power, but you would need a bigger powersource than the Ego.

I have a vamo so I will try with that. But won't that burn up the oil and make it taste harsh.

OK.
As far as the SEEGO Vhit is concerned, we normally load a load that will deliver 2 strong hits.
However.
I have a friend who loves to load his cup up, and its thick oil.
He has found a 20 watt battery in his price range and also a 120 watt (!) which he will get in the future.
You can get adapters to fit whatever size battery you have.
The SEEGO Vhit type C is size 510.
Also, as the user pointed out, high voltages/wattages can burn out your coils quick.
To prevent this, use a stainless steel mesh coil or build your own heavy-duty coil with either stainless, or kenthal, or whatever. Ready wicks look pretty good, for the wick.
SO good luck on your search for a multi-hit loading system... let us know what you came up with !

(slight aside) I am delighted to see aftermarket unbreakable globes for these things appearing. I just got two and they look like lava lamps. They fit perfectly with the included washers.

also for the glacier ! -- the Md-72-1 one coil and dual coil ms-72-2 (both ceramic and titanium 2 )

I love the taste --- no more burnt taste ! i think extra air holes in bottom too but ???

i find the dual coil can go up to like 5v to clean n to quick vape some material --

they both seem to work perfect with the terps at 3.5 / 3.7 .... ill keep posted after more experimenting :)

I love my Type B which I got after mixed results from the Glacier. I liked the Glacier, hit really well, but kinda bulky and hard to clean (the pyrex is permanently mounted to the top and bottom metal parts).
The Type B solved those problems, and it came with dual coil heads which I like a little better. I think the heads are a little different than the Cs pictured, mine lack the skinny section just above the threads, and my air path is in the middle between the coils. Overall a really great unit for the price (about $10 on ebay). I would like a good wick/coil upgrade, but all 3 coils I got still work after 6 months heavy use so kinda hard to cry too loud lol

I understand your frustration with the glacier -- with the parts stuck together --- wish it came apart 4 cleaning :)

im glad you like the type b --

I will look into it a drop more -- We have a full line of wax tools about to be available to the public :)
-- but we also manufacture aftermarket parts so the experience is healthier and much better --- (as an example we make single and dual coils for the glacier with ceramic and titanium 2 coil --- ) if many others use the type b and its the way to go --- maybe we will make a run of MD-72 atomizers for the type b as well --

I will look into further and interested in others feedback !


I'm so glad yours have lasted so nice and long -- I find they make them very well at the factory --- yet It is just such a different taste n more with titanium and with the silica removed IMO :)

GREAT COILS FOR VHIT TYPE-C OR GENERIC !
The true beauty of the Type C is the coil head, with a HUGE intake hole which is easily cleanable, unlike generics, it ALSO as 2 side intake holes for even more airflow.
So check this out. I've tried a lot of coils from a lot of places with mixed results.
Most don't last too long if you've noticed.
Well I believe I've found the best coil I can find for the Vhit Type C (excluding anyone's home builds).
These even look like they could be easily rebuilt.
I'm talking about thevapeco.com's Tornado Nails.
They're Titanium wire on a ceramic rod. Talk about clean taste ! Long life too, my 1st one lasted me through about an ounce of wax, and I abused it with high voltages.
They arrive quickly and professionally. There's NINE wraps on these guys, making them 1.6 ohms, which means just about any battery can fire them.

So you've stumbled on the greatest secret ! Vhit coil head base with a Tornado Nail ! You Win !

@DJ Colonel Corn those look a lot sturdier than the stock ones that come with the vhit.

Still fairly new to waxes and oils. Would those nails just screw into the base of the vhit that screws onto my battery?
