Scam Shops

👀
How about a collection of scam shops that saves us from getting scammed? I would have needed that recently. Let me start with

thedrugstore.com

They pretend to have a shop in Switzerland and the shop photos even show products they offer online. But taking your money is everything they actually do, no delivery, no reply. Stay away!

Not a bad idea... but really why take a risk these days?

I've bit before. Will never again buy online. Not fun if you draw the wrong attention.

They stick little stickers with QR codes on all the traffic light poles and around town and when you scan it and go to the link it is for herb its £65 for 3.5g and all the people I know who use it said its amazing weed and never had a problem with it apart from the cost.

a few I know use the dark web and again they said never had any issue and cheap.

I stay in north part of UK they stay in Liverpool and down south and they have said they seen the little sticker things on poles also but never bought from them.

Best to go into down to pubs and clubs or ask on reddit about how to score in local area.

Sorry if none of this is on topic or helpful.

Just be careful guys!!!

£65 for 3.5g?!!? Ouch! That double what the govt stores sell it for in Canada and they are the costly option.

Best advice, buy from vendors on FC. most are old timers that have built reputations on this forum and have long track records of supporting their customers.
Living in Germany makes it hard sometimes to get special vaporization equipment, we don’t have no great variety to choose from. Most of the good stuff comes from USA or Canada and isn’t available here. High shipping costs and time or sometimes no shipping at all makes the rare EU shops very interesting. I wouldn’t take the risk if I had the chance to order from FC vendors.

I don't agree with that statement.
I'm in EU as well and all my devices are from EU or UK. And I consider them excellent devices.
Keep in mind that the much loved TM is from Finland...

It's a mix but I think most of my favorite vapes are from Europe:
  • Tinymight - Finland
  • CouchLog - Germany
  • Vapman - Switzerland / Italy
  • Musa - Germany
US has Cloud Connoisseur, Toasty Top, phase3, sticky brick, and probably some I can't bring to mind at the moment.

Canda is the birthplace of my beloved Toad.

So I would say there is a nice selection of top tier vapes in Europe.

I think North America is years ahead regarding vapor specific paraphernalia though.

Edit :
And I'll add to the list
- Herborizer (France)
- Vaponic (Spain / Austria)
- thermal accumulator (uk)

To stay on topic, a few French vape shops are border to be scams considering the really poor processing and customer service...
Vaporisateur.net / phytohightech have been the worsts experiences in this space to me.

Maybe I expressed myself wrong, it’s not that we don’t have good stuff over here. But at least for me there’s always that one special thing I want that isn’t available in Europe, last time it was a bong from Tank Glass.

But this is not about me and not all about variety. People want low prices and order their stuff from china for example. There are various reasons to try new shops and some of us will get scammed. So why don’t share scam shops here to prevent others from making the same mistake? I find this useful.

planetofthevapes dot SHOP is a scam site. The legit site is planetofthevapes.com

POTV has known about it for quite a while and was going to try the fake site "delisted" by Google search (which is how I originally found it).

Good idea. Even shops that appear to sell decent equipment can be unreliable, especially when problems occur. Plus sending back used equipment in illegal territories can also be tricky.

In the UK the best shops are often 1 or 2 employees, with founders who are still an integral part of day to day operations. You can tell places run by enthusiasts. Once you decide to use suppliers based on price alone, all bets are off in my experience.
