Sand tiger Sharks. I fear them

these things are like tiger sharks, except they lurk in the sand. Mean looking, too. How much of a threat are they?

Here in cape cod we got great whites up the wazoo. Now I gotta worry about these things too

Just got back from a week at the beach in NJ where helis were up and down the beach a couple of days keeping an eye on things. There must have been something out there that made them nervous. Mary Lee (great white) is lurking about. She was pinged near the cape on June 17 if not even more recently.

No worries on my end. The water was so cold I didn't even get past the gully to the sand bar.
