Just one step forward, and two steps back. Same old, same old. I'm beginning to think that mj will never be fully legalized in my life time. :/

...interesting.....dph, currently is unable to fully "enforce" all the current laws (not marij. related) in its purview. it's very problematic...not going to panic yet...I expect this will be vetted by the bd. of supervisors where the community will have more input.... but this does bear watching...

....talked to a dispensary yesterday. ...the deal is this policy is being "withdrawn"...that's the latest... We'll see, although I bought concentrates yesterday and was assured that nothing was changing....

...as a result of this story (1st "leaked" in the s.f. examiner, a "paper" of dubious value) the district attorney and the dph director have both gone on record supporting medical marij...and stating that prosecuting med marij will NOT be prioritized, in s.f.....
