Safety of common enail coils?

Ive been trying to find more info on how common enail coils work, what materials theyre made of, and the safety of them, but I cant really find any information regarding it.

The most I found was a description from here (https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...pm=a2700.7724857.main07.12.64181fe5rMIUBD&s=p)

"Hot Runner Coil Heaters are made of nickel chrome resistance wire placed inside chrome nickel steel tube filled with MgO powder and compacted for faster and efficient heat transfer. The heaters are annealed to acquire malleability for bending into any shape. Hot runner heaters with built in thermocouple are also available. Hot runner bushes are produced with hot runner heaters of different cross section with inner brass and outer stainless steel cover."

Are enail coils generally regarded as safe? I really cant find any discussion regarding them, but they all seem to be made in China with no info on what theyre made of.

Absolutely. it is just a heating element used to heat the nail. Be worried about the dabbing surface.

BTW, Made in China is a good thing as they keep our cost down and not a bad thing. The Chinese just have a hard time translating a characterize language to an alphabetize language or just dont care too cuz people will buy it to save a buck. Either way, Made in China is not a bad thing. If you want to be able to read and understand it, learn Chinese or pay more to have another company translate and market it.

Also, most of our fancy electronics are all made in China, Korea or Vietnam. Most of the silicone that are in these electronics are also made in this region as well as the beloved Apple products which most of the western world just loves because they dont know any better.

Please understand that China is rising in the Global world and is not the China you thought of 20 years ago. Shit, we may be looking up to the Chinese in another 10 years the way the USA is heading. Shit, we already owe them trillions of $$$

I would be surprised to see any K-type thermocouple coils being made anywhere else BUT China these days.

Anybody know of any USA manf coils....I don't, myself.

But the coil is heating the air, and the heated air rises, so when you are sucking in, youre also sucking in some of that in most enail setups.

Also someone the other day actually posted in the Flowerpot twax thread about their coil leaking some white powder stuff:

This is a high 5 enail enclosed coil. That brown stuff is some kind of heat resistant glue. It covered that hole but seemed to have been applied improperly since it must of just fallen off from rubbing against a metal tray. The white powder turned out to be what the enclosed coil uses for heat insulation. That glue was a diffrent color when i got it though it was more of a black i think. I asked high 5 and they're gonna give me another since they now consider my coil defective. It does still work fine but just a little tap sends a bunch of white powder out of the hole."

Sure this seems like an isolated incident, but is no one concerned about what their coils are made of and how they work? I can find barely any info on these coils.
