Safe to use a red flame lighter with the Dynavap?

Good evening everyone,

So, the question is basically on the title. I've always used jet lighters/torches to heat up the Cap on my Dynavap, but recently I bought some cheap Clipper Jet lighters for backup and their flame is mostly red after a couple of seconds of igniting it. I know it can be dangerous if using it, for example, with a Sticky Brick or any vaporizer which you heat and inhale at the same time. The dynavap is a bit different, but still wondering if it's completely safe in that regard.

Cheers and thank you!

Good question..... I've got a butane torch lighter that burns with a bit of red in the flame, it's a pyramid/cone shape flame. It heats the cap well but I haven't used it enough to see if it discolors anything.

I imagine that as long as you're not inhaling while the lighter is going, it should be alright, then again it's only an uneducated guess. :uhoh:
