Rosintech Products Bankrupt or what??

I ordered a Rosin press from Rosintech EU over two weeks ago. It was supposedly in stock. I paid, got the auto order confirmation email and since then NADA, zip, despite several email follow ups. No chat response on website. I even nailed the US team to ask them . I am about to call my credit card and list it as a fraudulent transaction. Wtf?? Rosintech, if you are here this is totally unacceptable service. Buyers in EU beware, this company does not seem legit despite their reputation in the US.

So I reported them for Fraud today on my credit card. Zero response since three weeks. Buyers beware! They are clearly out of business!!

Good to know, thank you. Their website looks and works just normal. It’s so fucked up that they’re keep on selling while not being able to deliver Hope you get your money back.
