Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.

I've heard of the nugsmasher, but know very little about it.

I would consider a Dabpress machine. They are very active here on the FC, have excellent build quality and customer service.

For a similar price you can get their 6 ton model. It's the one I have. They do sell larger and smaller models.

I am using that unit and LOVE it! Cannot imagine using another piece of equipment.
This was the best hobby investment I made in the last few years. Pair with a pump with a gauge for incredibly consistent and repeatable results. Post up if you have any specific questions.

...they sell a good package for $600 that has pump with a guage...I grocked this was important...

EDIT:

...I hope youse guys are not shills because I got spooky and pulled the trigger on a 10 tone package...

...they were sold out @ the US and CA distributors so I ended up getting one shipped from CN before it was TOO LATE...

...I am sure the questions will come...like WTF have I just done...!?!...LoL…!!!...

There has been for a while. PTFE, FEP, and silicon release paper are the main nonstick choices I've seen, although there are other options. I personally use the Oil Slick silicon release paper because you can get a box of seconds around $5 for 250 sheets. The only word of caution is that the product does degrade with heat and pressure...

The only word of caution is

"that the product does degrade with heat and pressure..."

That's why I am still hoping for something to use without silicone/teflon at all before I use a presser...
ymmv :brow:

IMO this is not an area where one needs to reinvent the wheel.
I prefer not to use anything while rosining that degrades with heat or pressure- those are kinda the main ingredients!

Great! What are you using instead of parchment?
