Reuse Press Bags ?

Not happening if you use a twenty ton press. It distorts the bag too much, especially after I fold the bag in half for a second press. Plus a dollar is no biggy considering a couple grams of rosin in return.

If you just pressing a bud at a time no bag needed. I press 12-15 grams of bud at a time.

Just put the bud in parch. paper and smash it ? - We usually make pucks in nets.
Have you ever compared recovery with and w/o a press bag ?
Pre press makers claim more recovery than just pressing bud.
I would not try and reuse bags that have pressed bud ...but we usually press BH.
