Just about any glass TED from The Rogue Wax Works will be cheap and efficient. If it's convection you want, the smoke stack is the cheapest most forgiving glass vape you'll find that isn't an Elev8r.

Here are my picks for ~ $100
For a conduction vape, the choice would be the Starry v3. For convection, it is the XMax V3 Pro. I see these as the top of the $100 Budget category.
Whichever you choose, it will be a good choice.
In terms of efficiency, the V3 Pro is the winner. It has a small bowel, but it delivers productive hits. In terms of maximum psycho effects, the Starry wins; it gets wickedly hot. In the V3 Pro I use 125ml (by volume) of flower. That is 1/4 of a level teaspoon for the cooks who measure things. Often, I look and want to add more, but I fight the urge. It makes for predictable hits.
In the past, I've commented that in the Starry, "everything tastes the same". That needs clarification. In my Starry, everything tastes the same. A new Starry 3 actually does OK at preserving flavour. A clean Starry works too. However, when run at hot temperatures for extended periods of time, the taste is affected. If buying a Starry, buy lots of replacement screens for the bottom of the unit; that's one of the best ways to preserve the unit.
The Starry uses 1/3 of a teaspoon, or 163ml. It's possible to squeeze even more, but of course overpacking is never productive. Completely subjective, the V3 Pro can stretch a few grams further than the Starry.
As for the V3 Pro, it requires less cleaning than the Starry. It could be argued that the duckbill mouthpiece is something needing regular replacement, but with care, it is actually quite simple to clean; soak the innards in ISO, wipe the duckbill. Soaking the duckbill tends to loosen the magnets.
Whichever is chosen, spend a few dollars more and add a WPA. Both of these units are excellent for binging the bong.

She might like a Vapman; it's one of the best and long-lasting flavor vapes, it's a quick and easy conduction (takes a little practice), has an awesome signature, is an utterly satisfying experience. Can use a heating station, coming soon.
Dynavaps are very different but great tasting for the first toke or so, with a fantastic hit and great high. Heating requires a tad more technique, Induction Heaters are readily available.
Neither of these are miraculous (well, the Vapman is) but they're both great vapes and can be used with short mouth-to-lung hits.

I can't comment on those you've mentioned, I haven't tried any of them. Try a quick dive into their threads, maybe?
I don't have experience with most of them but I am not a pure conduction guy (except for the vapman). Maybe a good hybrid will work, like the Fury or Rogue.She likes the underdog.
Would you recommend any of the above vapes?

Portables can be tricky because the good ones tend to cost a lot more. If you up your budget, I have good things about the Airvape Legacy Pro and the Roffu (on sale I think).
Roffu is easier to get vapor, even with a half load, still only $99 (usually $180), don't know how long though.

Conduction takes longer to get to temp...sometimes minutes, but once heated you can 'sip' on them. Flavour is subjective but I prefer convection-orientated devices more.
