For a repair? I personally say one month is reasonable for a respectable company (respectable, not "high-end" - even a low-end company can provide respectable customer service).
For the run-of-the mill electronics company, I say 6-8 weeks is average for a repair
All depends on your device. Big guys like Storz and Bickel have a real fast turn around, but you have to expect to give the one man shops more time. IMO a month is reasonable.
Thanks. Five weeks in their hands and still not shipped. Was told multiple times that it's ready to ship. Urg. Just wondering if I was being reasonable with the time frame or not. Seems I am.
