I would go the NA route. You can turn it in, say you did, and be done with the mess.
You think this is bad...my cousin went to a PUBLIC elementry school where they utalized uniforms (nothing wrong with that, I wore a uni in a public school) but, they could only wear shorts if the principle said it would be okay for the following day OR it was supposed to be 92* F or hotter the next day according to local weather reports. This is the kind of stuff the scares me...when a PUBLIC school tells me what to wear and when to wear it (obviously exception of the basic dress code...or we would have these high school whores wearing 3 inch skirts) then I have a problem with that.
