@RastaBuddhaTao are there estimated shipping dates for any of the units?
I think we might get in trouble for talking about this here but yes, estimated to ship date is 2016. Plan and update published periodically on the www (updated last night, see above). Refunds are available for those unhappy with the delay.

So hey buddy, what are the odds of that Feb 2015 release date happening? I'm super anxious and I know RBT mentioned he won't be responding on his last post due to being so busy. Im just not trying to get my hopes up, and I'm holding off (trying) buying another electric till I get my hands on the Zion.
Frankly it looks and seems amazing and I want in! Also learn engineering or something guise.

But seriously though, I'm not involved with the rollout scheduling so I don't have an answer to that. The RBT website is probably the next best place to keep an eye on, in addition to FC.

Exactly, normally I am against the whole preorder thing...which is why GH hasn't got my money yet.

There will be, I think emails, when he can get a chance. First only those first 3 customers will be emailed I believe. You've probably still got a ways to go dude, given when you ordered. Patience is ofcourse a virtue, easier now that the design is completely finished at least. Full steam ahead, choo choo indeed!

A few weeks ago I notified RBT via their website about an address change and asked for confirmation, but I haven't heard back. I also looked for an e-mail address, but couldn't find one. Sorry, but i don't think you'll get a response for a while. There will be address confirmations well before yours ships though, so I wouldn't worry about it until you get that magic email indicating your time (you'll also get those things free now I believe). Still the waiting game

I really need to stop ordering things before they become readily available. I am too impatient. Actually it's the unknown that I'm impatient about. I know with the HI there's about 6 months more to wait so I'm ok. Would those of you who get "the letter" be willing to share when you ordered yours?

I do not think youre are going to get a response from RBT here guys, I think earliest orders were in June (no earlier than May) and only 3 have shipped if even, so its still probably too early for specific dates. Doesn't want to risk having to push them back over and over again.
If you ordered in July or earlier, you should get it in a month or so i would think, but August might see more of a wait (seems most orders were in August), and after that probably the longest wait as pauses occur to ensure everything is going smoothly. This is all pure guesswork
@killick when did you order again? That'll help you guys with some sort of baseline i suppose?
I wouldn't expect a new pre order to ship before the spring maybe? Potentially early Summer?

You stating that you ordered in September made me a little concerned that things were going out of order as I ordered in August and have not received a letter. I did a little search and found the below post/entry from you in the Zion thread stating your Zion was on order. the post is dated June 11th so I would presume you actually bought it then.My letter came!

The wait list was started prior to taking payments.
I received an address confirmation last night.
IIRC, 3/8/15 is when RBT site started taking names for list.
Before that PM's sent to RBT here on FC, is where list started.
It's kinda fuzzy tho, so please correct me if im wrong.
Not sure when I got on list, but I have a PM with RBT on 3/18 discussing him starting the website waiting list.

Typically wait lists are nothing more than notification lists for a manufacturer to send you an email once their product is available and perhaps to be on an recurring update email list or something. Wait lists are not typically used for order of shipping. Typically money talks here in my experience with other manufacturers. Perhaps @RastaBuddhaTao could clarify, however I am not sure it would matter much.
I think the bigger question is simple, who will make the next cut of shipments (only 24 per the website progress update)? After that I think we all must wait until the first 200 units are manufactured.

I think those 200 may be manufactured as a group, but will still be shipped on a rolling basis as each one is built. Just a theory...
