Question regarding pictures

I am having trouble reducing the size of the picture in my signature, that I uploaded from tinypic. I would truly appreciate any suggestions.

It's clear I need to do more looking around at tinypic. I have to be honest, I don't use the program that often, and these issues never came up before.

I've recently started using imgur after issues with imageshack, and I really like the editting for size in imgur. it's easy, and instead of just the standard sizes you can change it to any size. and preview before saving it like that

I've been using PostImage.org but imgur seems even sleeker. Thanks djonkoman :-)
