purge problem

I seem to not be able to purge all the butane out of my bho. I have a vacuum chamber 6 cfm pump used whip it premium butane. I purged for 72 hrs each time. Started temp low and increased over time. But everytime i check the bho ( i check by heating up the nail super hot and put a chunk of bho on it) it just ignites into a fire ball. So frustrated. I flip the pattys as well. I burp the chamber. I am at a lost. Any help would be great.

I think any oil will burst into flames when put to a super heated nail. Have you tried the spark test? hit a small dab with a butane lighter to check for fireworks.
