Does anyone have any info or pointers on how to use the pure gold oral mist spray? It says sublingual so does that mean to spray it under your tongue? I know it's not water-soluble so I'm a little confused on how it works. It's supposed to be similar to the smoking affect rather then an edible. But it does work! I have a pretty high tolerance so it takes about six sprays but I got there!
