I try not to overload it as it gets messy. I usually prefer to refill more often with smaller amounts.

I have both and like both.
I've had one of these for a few months now, and it's definitely a solid pen. And their CS is great (had dealings with Chelsea as well, she's top notch).
My only concern about it is that, a few days ago, I went to clean the mouthpiece part of the atomizer, and noticed there is a lot of 'goo' stuck to the inside of it. I use shatter I buy at dispensaries in Breck, so it's professional-grade. If that shit is going into your lungs, I would have to say that's a hell of a lot worse for you than smoke.
Note that I'm not talking about the chamber, but the mouthpiece itself. I wouldn't expect there to be residual stuff, let alone as much as there is, stuck to the inside of that. If it's getting that far down, I can imagine it's going into your lungs as well.
Just my two cents.

That "shit" you are referring to is just wasted concentrates by your pen. You mean..... THC coating my lungs?...... Personally I love it
Flippant sarcasm aside, I'm sure you're aware I wasn't talking about the vapor, obviously.
Regardless what the reclaim is, it is being transferred away from the heating coil during inhalation. Is it not possible that you're getting that in your lungs along with the vapor? And isn't that somewhat disconcerting? Is there anything stopping that from happening?

You ARE getting it in your lungs. What reclaim is, is vapor that is recondensing on a surface. It happens with herb when vaporized as well. Our lungs absorb and filters this very well, unlike pens or glass.
It is literally just the vapor you are inhaling on purpose. It is not made up of anything foreign.

Dab rigs get reclaim, every pen gets reclaim. All I know is I can use some hot water and clean out my dab rig and flush it out pretty quickly. I'm not one that goes for reclaim, but to see how easily hot water makes it go away, I would imagine our body eats it right up.
Now to this pen: I've gone through so many different eons and attys and I've tried my friends micro vaped v2 pen and it was great. I decided to get the v3 since it was supposed to be an upgrade, and this atty is very much like that one with the ceramic rod and titanium coils. I have to say I don't care for that atty at all. It leaves a ton of oil in the bottom of it and I never get a good rip. It seems like the ceramic rod is too far from the bottom of bowl. Is that the same with this atty or did they improve that too? I'm looking for best taste and good rips.

I had the vaped nano as well. This leaves far less reclaim and tastes better 90% of the time. If you manage to melt a LARGE amount of wax you can build a little goop pool with the puffco like anything else, but this is the first pen I've been able to burn that away in 2-3 nasty hits and keep going with good hits after (assuming there is still fresh wax left)

Looking for pens these days, we see so much of the same stuff with slight tweeks. It seems like that is the current blueprint before new technology replaces it. For the ceramic core and ti wire, this pen is great, way above things like cloud v, micro g, atmos etc.
I had vas and was looking through the portable thread. I found this and bought because of how well it is marketed on the website. Also, the main selling point is the variable voltage and huge ceramic bowl with the ceramic core being somewhat close to the bottom. W9 is one of my favorites (hercules!!!), but for portability, this rocks. I hated lay as you go type atomizers with small ceramic bowls because you can't load too much.

Just ordered my puffco pro, can't wait to get it. I needed something that could hold more than my w9 KISS cart, and this pen looks pretty sweet and just what I needed.

My omicron light is losing juice I've had it for years... really like the feel of my puffco though, so far I am very impressed!

I do but it's based on if you like wick less or wicked. Wicked gives nice hits at the beginning but taste deteriorates. It seems to suck up more material. Wicked has consistently good taste but a lot of material can fall out. For this reason, I bought a glass dabber ($4 at vapor warehouse) and put my material on the tip. Then I slowly pulse it into the wick, by pressing the button at 1 sec intervals. I might have the wicked and wick less backwards, the dr dabber with wicked and Puffco with wick less. Have the flu. Hope that helps
