This is a special announcement about a sale that didn't happen, but it was super positive- plus I have a bonus PSA!
@61reissue had an Underdog up for sale. I jumped on it- Christmas Day. (I was working, it didn't occur that people might be a little busy!) We shook hands, the deal was made-and then I got a PM with bad news- he went to test the unit, but it wouldn't heat. He did some testing to verify, then dropped me the note letting me know my order was cancelled, which I appreciated. I was sad and promptly got a Holiday Vape special to cheer myself up.
I looked today and realized that the refund never posted to my bank account. I PMed him again, and after some back and forth, I found that PayPal was just holding the refund money in their local account. To get it back, I have to jump some hoops and wait 3-5 days for *my* money. So here's the PSA- if you're expecting a PayPal refund check their website first, so you don't go in guns a'blazing on someone innocent.
TL;DR- @61reissue is a good guy, but PayPal is a secret dick.
