1/5 for communication that ceased the instant he got the money and did not ship or send tracking until 4 days later. No PM, e mail, just a note on the Paypal invoice.

Comments: It all worked out in the end and the glass was packaged BOMBPROOF as promised! Wrapped in generous bubbles in a smaller, sturdy box and then that was in a very large box full of bubble! Awesome!!! Just fix the communication for future sales would be my advise.
