Comments: Had a bt of a snafu on this one. My pax temp button got stuck after cleaning! Llama let me know, and I offered to trade back, but he was willing to try and fix it himself. After a few days (we kept in contact) he got it fixed successfully and all is well!

I would like to say that llama did not get angry, accusatory, or anything other than bummed really. Gave me the benifit of the doubt (which was nice since it was not intentional at all!), and went the extra mile to resolve it.

Great FC'er, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Would definitely do buisness again.
