Shipping time: He shipped it the next day (01/28/12) and I got it yesterday (02/01/12).

Comments: The custom SSV heater cover broke during shipping. Seller took pictures before shipping it and it was fine. When I got it there was a hole on top of the heater cover. It was packed neatly and with plenty of foams around the heating element. So no way is it seller's fault. Just accidental damage through shipping, but I thought it should be mentioned. Great seller with great communication. Would do business again with him if the opportunity arises.
